Ive never been to Sephora before. First time experience was definitely awful. I came with a friend of mine. Instead of being greeted , we got an array of shady looks from all the employees. The vibe was not very welcoming at all. Aside from the lack of customer service we waited a good 5 -10 minutes for assistance with getting a lipstick. With that being said the woman who assisted me seemed irritated that she had to help us. She took the display lipstick from my hand then asked me what number the color was... With an impatient tone. I told her the number and name of the color, however, when i got home, the dark red i was looking forward too was actually a baby pink I would never wear. So thank you Mainplace Sephora for NOTHING. $25 wasted on a color I will never wear.

Came here for a color match, I think they only had one or two girls working there so I had to wait for them to be available. I had no problem waiting, but the girl who helped me acted like it was so inconvenient for her to do the color match. I found a good foundation, and left to go to a meeting. When I was in the car I did a last minute check on my makeup and I saw the girl had literally caked my face in makeup. My brows were covered in the foundation and i looked horrible. Probably wont go back there

Customer service was bad, nobody greeted me or asked if I needed help. I went in for 4 specific items and they didnt have them in stock. Asked if they can help with foundation color match to which a lady said she was no good at. The only good customer service I received was from the cashier Vivian who helped me order the out off stock items online otherwise I would rate it 1 star but she was nice and kind and very patient as she ordered my things one by one.

Cashier made me wait for her to check out the entire line before she could make my samples. Although, she could have made multitask and do it while checking out people but she took her sweet time instead. Kind of rude because its a first come first serve basis.

HORRIBLE customer service. I walked around for half an hour and they wouldnt even acknowledge we were there. I was looking to spend a decent amount of money and to asking the professionals some questions but ended up walking out with nothing and upset.

I love Sephora but this one doesnt have a good selection and is very small. The staff isnt very helpful either. At least they had what I was looking to purchase.
