I walked in looking for a slew of things, I was not greeted or even recognized. I tried looking for my products but just couldnt find anything with all the boxes and carts everywhere. Flagged down a girl and asked her for help and was pawned off on a hair girl who was nowhere to be found in the back. I wasnt going to give up just yet so I called my mom since she shops there, to help me find what I was looking for. Long story short, they do not carry any of the items I was lookin for and I left empty handed since no one offered any suggested alternatives. The only time I was treated nicely was when I was walking out and was told "have a great day". Amazon here I come.

I mean, the products are great; there are a lot of brands and anything you could need, beauty wise, is here. I just have to give this store two stars because the cashier that helped me was pretty rude. I had my credit card in the chip reader machine and as it was still processing, the cashier walked away to ask another employee to cover for her so she could take a break. She never came back to the register and that was it. She didnt say any thank yous or give any smile or friendliness. It was kind of strange to be left by myself during the middle of a transaction as a customer. Good products, just a not-so-welcoming employee encounter.

Customer service has matured a lot lately they are always running out of stock on products they are not always as full. As they use to be. But other than everything else customer service is very good its nice 2 go to the higher end side and talk w/the young ladies who. Know more about the product instead of just trying to make a sale.

This location does not have as large of a selection of mens hair-care products as I would like. I think that the location in the Irvine Marketplace is better, but that is a decent drive from here. The pricing is good, though.

The customer service here is seriously lacking. Every visit I am surrounded by rude staff that really dont offer help. The coupons I receive in the email usually dont work because I choose "premium" brands. Seriously?!
