I literally avoid going to this Sephora if I can. I have never had a pleasant experience here, in fact, everytime Ive gone the employees seem bothered whenever I ask for help. I totally understand if I were disturbing them, but it is their job to help the customers. I went yesterday to buy a moisturizer because it was the only store by me that had it in stock and I waned to use a giftcard that I had. Turns out, it was a Sephora/JC Penny giftcard which you cant use in stores. Understandable, I didnt even notice that it said JC Penny on it. However, the woman at the counter was extremely rude about it, "Honey, you are aware that you cannot use Sephora in JC penny gift cards here, arent you?" When I said that I was, but I didnt realize it was JC Penny. She didnt say anything but just stared at me until I told her I would wait to buy it, and then she rolled her eyes and called for the next guest. Not only was it embarrassing, but I was already having a bad day and she made it worse. Not her fault that I cant use it, but she definitely good have been a lot nicer about it. I will order online before I go here again.

Recently purshased some makeup from store in Riverside,ca Tyler Mall ,not a good experience at all ,i love going to sephora and love when people that work there attend to me ,i have been a customer since 2010 and ive never had a problem on Glendale, ca before . I think these girls that work there need more customer service training and to be helpful to customers,felt ignored and when i was with a girl that worked in the store she would ignore me and go talk to someone else and kept apologizing,no one asked if i needed help ,i was kind of lost and could not get one person to ask if i needed anything,dont think i will go back to this store ,but i hope to continue buyin g from sephora i always have .

The staff just stand by the cashier and talk among themselves .They dont even bother offering the customer for help. They pay zero attention to the customer. When I asked where I could find what I was looking for I had to walk up to them and one of them just told me where it was.she didnt even bother showing me the product when she saw I still had trouble finding it. store might be small but it so jammed up with products. Some worker get annoying at times but its nice to be asked atleast. They looked as if they werent working.

Pretty good service but it takes me forever to get someones attention, Im guessing its because Im a teenager and they see me as immature but Im not yelling for help, Im really patient and respectful and I find it weird that some employees at this store arent. Anytime I ask where a product is they roll their eyes & point in a direction (not very informative), Theres only one employee (I never get her name) that treats me like a customer should be treated.

Honestly This place gave me a bad customer experience . I asked if I can be scanned to see what available products are in my skin tone for cover up the lady with green/blue hair told me its gunna be a while .she seemed annoyed that I was asking for assistance like cmon thats your job if a costumer needs help that is your duty to see how you can help also she wasnt even with a customer or anything she was just chatting with her coworkers

How do you miss an entire mall?! Of course it exists, and Sephora is inside it. It is huge, clean, well lit, and stocked to the brim with all the great brands, plus a bunch Ive never heard of! The staff are super friendly without being pushy. Love this place!

I love Sephora (esp. off of Tyler). I always get good customer service and I LOVE all of their products. I like it when they give out samples with your purchase. ^_^
