WORST EXPERIENCE AT SEPHORA EVER!!!! i had a really nice time until i came to checkout. this lady who was 89 years old extreme botox bleach blonde hair and saggy boobs kept making me feel like i was an idiot telling me my card was declining WHEN I KNOW I HAD ENOUGH MONEY and i left crying never coming back ever again hope she gets diaherra. also i was not rude at all i was very nice but when she starts commenting about my age and not memorizing my social security is rude. she made me feel stupid and pathetic not what i come to sephora for

I needed a little pick me up and stopped in to spend some points and get my (awesome!) birthday gift and was overwhelmed by the kindness and attention the gentleman who assisted me offered to me despite me a) not spending a lot of money and b)they were quite busy. I believe his name was Jonathan (I hope) and really hes a star! Thanks for making a sucky day better! ❤️

the employees were so unprofessional ! I asked for help finding a product and the girl who was not doing anything said "someone will come help you" ?! after five minutes of waiting no one came ! all the employees were at the register chit chatting their lives away! ended up leaving really poor customer service.
