Dont judge a book its cover. As I approach the Sephora I can already feel the unease walking through the door, which was heightened by the staffs unfriendly glances. Through this review I will elaborate my unpleasant experience at Fashion Valleys Sephora. Going to a retail store shouldnt make someone feel as if all eyes are on them. As I browsed around for makeup comes up to me asking, "Do you want a bag?" After 15 seconds of confusion I realized she meant my OWN makeup in my pocket. First of all, at the time Huda Beauty was not available in stores. Then it dawned on me that she was assuming I was shoplifting. After explaining that it was mine, and that they dont sell Huda there, she dashed away.They had the audacity to accuse me of stealing based solely off appearances. Overall, Sorry sweetie, working at Sephora (still making the same pay as a McDonalds worker) is not a means to judge people, chill.

Friendly staff, didnt bug when I was browsing, offered recommendations, answered all my questions. Five employees assisted me; 1)greeted/smiled 2)excused herself from my walking space 3)male cleaned a lipstick for me "while mutitasking answering other peoples questions" 4)woman provided feedback to Lancome product 5)females at cash register found me the Boscia peel off mask I needed and anotother product! 6)male manager helped me when my card declined and my phone was dead so I couldnt transfer money;I went into this location 4 times and on the 4th when I bought my two items they were rockstars each time. Keep it up! I will be back!

True teamwork is needed here. The boyfriend should go directly to the end of the line as soon as the two of you walk in. This allows the girlfriend plenty of time to shop without having to double the amount of time in the store. It must speak to the quality of products they sell as a 30 minute line is normal only to watch patron after patron spend hundreds on simple pens, brushes, and face paint. Bewildering, but rewarding as shell thank you immensely for saving her that wait in line. Wear comfortable shoes.

This store has a great selection of products, from affordable to high-end! Unfortunately I was in the store for 45 minutes and no one asked if I needed help. They were very busy, so maybe that had something to do with it, but thats a little excessive. Just make sure you go at a better time and hopefully you wont have the experience I did!

Constantly over-crowded and you have to hunt for an available staff person to help you. Once you have their attention, however, theyre usually pleasant and helpful. Im going to start shopping online to avoid the hoards of mouth breathers that like to push their way through the aisles and rub their sticky fingers on all the samples.

My least favorite Sephora. Its a narrow store so bumping into someone is going to happen. They do have a good selection and brands of products and the Sephora brand eyeliner is actually my favorite. The cashiers are usually nice. The good thing about Sephora is they will take back anything you purchase for whatever reason!

Christina did a mini facial on me today and it was amazing. She answered all of my questions and really took time to understand what I had issues with. She made me feel really comfortable and didnt push anything on me. If youre in need of anything having to do with skin care I would recommend going straight to her!

Sephora!!! It can get super packed, but Im ok with that. Staff always greets you when you come in & leave. DONT TEST LIP PRODUCTS HERE! My friend and I got HERPES after attending Perfect Lip class although we didnt use lipstick and used new applicators, stupid from our side, I know. The class itself was not educational at all, just demonstration of products, not worth your time at all.

I really like the stuff at Sephora but sometimes I feel like the staff is not helpful enough. The quality of the makeup I get here is always top notch though. I dont go here for everything due to the price but I do go here for the extra things that really make a difference.

Snobby retail associates that criticizes your makeup instead of tries to help. I despise the employees that work at this Sephora. It is unfortunate because I think Sephora is a good brand and good business but they should rethink their hiring methods.
