OK, I will admit that I have less than good experiences with this store in the past. Rude employees to say the least. They would walk right past you and not acknowledge your presence. I was in need of makeup this week and decided to give them one more try and to my surprise, service was great. I must acknowledge, Marty, one of the colorists who was more than patient with me as I tried to figure out what I wanted. He showed me options, taught me how to apply them and not once seemed to be trying to sell me something that I did not want or need. Marty displayed wonderful customer service in addition to showing great knowledge of the products . I walked out of the store feeling like I looked great and isnt that makeup is all about?

Little slow but isnt that always the way at Sephora? Very nice to me esp as I wasnt there to buy anything but a face mask and redeem my play card. I also tried to redeem a mail coupon for some of their mascara. They didnt have anything in stock so the nice employee gave me 2 samples. After I left the store I checked the bag to see what she threw in there...girl, how you gonna give someone SRS good genes and not say anything?! Omg. This Sephora was cleaner and less busy than most. But like most of them, understocked and it gives the store a messy, unorganized feel. Nice wide selection of lesser known skincare/fragrance brands compared to my local Sephora. Ill def be back if Im in the neighborhood.

Worst sephora ive ever been to! Ive been here 3 days this week.The first day the staff was rude and didnt offer help.The second time i was stared and they followed me around . Today I came with my father and was going to buy him a fragrance but they were kicking us out as soon as we got there when they were going to close in 10 minutes. I was just going to grab it and pay but i guess ones buissness isnt important enough for this rude staff.

Seriously...horrible service. I asked for a sample and the woman was so rude and said okay Ill find someone to help you as I stood there and watched her do nothing for five minutes. Then she walked away and disappeared! I had to go and find another associate that quickly helped me but wow. This woman stood there and was looking at some pieces of paper doing nothing the whole time. Dont waste your time here. The service is pathetic.

Been going for a few years and everyone has always been helpful :) I wanted to pick up my makeup game and they always have been knowledgeable and if a product doesnt work out returns have been a breeze! I went in to special order a Pallet and the gentleman was so nice. He literally says hello to everybody, I have nothing but good things to say about this store and staff.

Worst service ever in a Sephora store. Ive been all around Europe and New York stores with excellent service. Here, they didnt have a clue of what I was asking for and I had to search for it myself on internet and found the product available in Sephora stores.
