I spent over $300 on my hair for a deep condition, cut, highlights, etc. It came out AWFUL! And they overcharged me on items that I was supposed to get a discount on, charged me for items I did not buy, overcharged me on the service prices, and overcharged me by $20 for a expensive body cream that was marked down in price. I dont know if this was intentional or if it was sheer disorganization or stupidity on their part. The store is very conveniently located so I really liked that and thought I would give it a try - which was a huge mistake! I am still trying to straighten out all of these overcharges and will have to go elsewhere to fix a haircut that is just awful.

The makeup staff is absolutely wonderful. My biggest complaint with this store is that the store is poorly stocked. The last 3x Ive gone to get something I know they carry they are out of stock and their own Ultra brand stock of makeup is pitiful. E en one of tve ladies went to grab me something she re ommemded and tgere was none to sell me. Empty eyeshadow and empty slots for everything. Very frustrating to make a trip to a store that carries everything only to find out they are out of everything.

I had the best coloring done by Raushana. My hair has never looked so perfect and she cut my bangs too. She took her time and made sure my hair looked perfect and just how I wanted it. She took the time to correct my color from a previous dye accident and even let me know about a discount they were running that I wasnt aware of (over 30% off!)-- The service was very affordable. Overall, it was excellent! Raushana is the salon manager and she runs a great operation over there at Ulta La Jolla!

Went here with my girlfriend. She loved it. Jayme helped her and she was very happy with the experience. They have a mens section that looks pretty good, but I wasnt shopping that day.
