My daughter loves Lush so we decided to book her birthday party at the North County store in Escondido. We stopped by the store in March (her birthday was March 13th) and was told by the manager that they were celebrating their one year anniversary and could not book parties in that month. We requested April 6. The manager thought that would not be a problem and told us to contact the party person to book the party. The manager then went on a 2 week trip out of the country. After several emails, phone calls and visits to the store, we find out that the manager booked a staff meeting on April 6 and no one could reach her to see if the meeting date could be changed. Needless to say, I am very disappointed with the customer service I have received and will not be booking any parties at Lush. I will also tell all my friends about this. I will also no longer be shopping at the Lush!

I love Lush! But I popped in and was planning to buy a few things because my face has been a mess lately. When I walked in no one acknowledged me, no hi, heelo, hey...nothing. This didnt bother me. What bothered me was as Im looking at the face wash, there is an employee helping this woman...she manages to acknowledge two other people and advise them if they need assistance to let anyone know... now Im standing right next to her and she has yet to say a word to me. So I stand in line and tell the cashier I needed help, she preceeded to tell someone I needed help...and so I waited. Then it dawned on me...why would I spend money at a place where Im not acknowledged? I will just find another place.

I really do love this place! Everything they sell is either vegetarian or vegan. Its mostly homemade items that they have shipped in at a regular basis. I was told the business is booming so sometimes it might take a few days to get items in, but the next time I would go in, they would have more. My favorite product, hands down, is the Buffy bar. It has a light fragrance and leaves my skin feeling great! Tip: If you had a hard time with scents, be careful what you buy. They can be a bit stronger than you like. You can always ask for a sample if you buy products. Or they sometimes can put some on your skin and you can get a sense of what the product will be like when after its rinsed.

LUSH IS AMAZING... I use their products for practically everything. Some say its expensive, but you have to learn your portions and its worth it! I would highly recommend the make up.. the foundation is so light and the mascara can get a bit messy but it actually made my eyelashes grow! They look fuller than ever. I dont think I could go back to any of my old products after converting to lush. The workers are always happy to help and there is something for everyone!!

CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! The people that work here are so amazing and helpful. Lush must treat their employees well, because they are so happy, helpful, and invested in the product. I walked out wanting to go back and buy more (which I did 2 days later). Thank you for keeping customer service alive.

Hella expensive. I love the soaps and magical moringa matte facial moisturizer. Other products seem lovely too, but I believe there is a small intrinsic trade-off between naturally sourced ingredients/oil fragrances and evidence-based effectiveness

Great experience. I had my party there for a girls day, and we had a blast. The staff was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about there products. This was the lush store in fashion valley.

I loved that place. Yes u read right LOVED. I was very disappointed when i came back from deployment to discovered that it was gone. Sad face :(
