Do not do business with this shop. First they sold me tubes with the slime for puncture resistance, then the pump they sold me could not pump up the tubes and i had to discard them - no reimbursement from the shop. Then my wife made the mistake of buying me a gift certificate for $50. I wanted to cash it out because I had just purchased about $200 from this shop within the last 60 days and wasnt planning on any purchases for many months. It is not their policy to do that. Once they have your money, they will make sure you spend every dime in their shop. After I burn this certificate with the remainder I will never shop here again and will advise everybody I come into contact with to not buy there as well.

Bought a $1,000.00, 105 equipped Giant road bike a day or so ago, my mistake was not to test ride it. Whoever assembled this bike was on drugs. Rear derailleur wont stay on top ring, it doesnt stay in align with all the sprockets.. then I discover that the assembler weaved the rear brake cable around the front derailleur cable! Whats next? You trust things are right at that dollar range.. apparently not at this bike store. Im taking it back and giving them a piece of my mind. Be on guard here, always test ride first.

For the last couple of years Ive purchased bike parts and relied on their excellent mechanics to keep me rolling. The parts were competitively priced and the advice always free. Recently i decided it was time for a new bike. Jim and the guys gave me their input based on my riding style and i couldnt be happier with my new Giant Trance 27.5. I wouldnt go anywhere else!!!

Pretty hard to beat great service and good deals. The stars say it all. Jim and the rest of the crew are not only friendly, but very knowledgeable and meticulous with their work. If you catch them on the loop, they wont hesitate to ride with you. Keep up the good work fellas.

Unless u have a nice bike and want to talk shop, dont expect any respect in this place. Suppose to fix my dads breaks. He ended up in the hospital because he fell due to brakes failing. Shop refused to take responsibility. His bike is old and he is a 20+ year customer.

I had an older Specialized Mountain Bike but "needed" a new bike. Jim got to work for me and found a top-of-the-line Giant Trance that is perfect and sold my old bike for me. Good People! Thank you Jim!
