Bike Craze and its employees surprised me with their care for others and their willingness to do what it takes to make their customers happy! The reason I was surprised is because it seems like these days I come across more and more people who hate their job and their unhappiness is delt out to the customers. The employees at Bike Craze must really LOVE their job because that love was delt out to me this past Christmas. Due to unfortunate circumstances, I wasnt able to order my sons Christmas present till the Monday before Christmas. I ordered the Mototec 24v Mini Quad V3 Four Wheeler. So they had 4 days to get this big package from their warehouse to my home which is on the otherside of the U.S in Alabama. First, I called to see if it could be done and they told me yes. So I placed my order. On Christmas Eve I tried to track my package cause I hadnt received it yet but I couldnt find who the carrier was and it was looking like my son wasnt gonna have a Christmas so I called the store and to my surprise there was someone there to help me. That person is the reason why my son had the best Christmas ever! He did what it took to make sure my package was in my possession THAT DAY on Christmas Eve & half the day was already over. That employee was my angel that day. He found the carrier for me, told me how to get intouch with them and gave me the idea that I could pick it up at the warehouse. Now, let me say thay having a tracking number but not knowing who the carrier is & then trying to figure out who the carrier is with just a tracking number is some hard business, especially when its not that carriers normal form for a number. So that employee helping me with that was HUGE. I was able to cantact the carrier & warehouse and they were able to get my package off a truck and were able to break down a load to get my package in my truck. And at 6PM I was on my way home with the four wheeler in hand. I cant say enough good things about Bike Craze. Wonderful, kind, caring, knowledgeable, understanding & willing to go above and beyond to make a customer happy! I will recommend Bike Craze for the rest of my life for all of your bike & board needs lol I know that sounds cheesy but its so true. And again, Bike Craze, thank you for what yall did for me and my son! I cant thank yall enough! If you want to purchase outdoor bikes, 4-wheelers, ATVs ect and you want honest, helpful advice and want someone who genuinely cares for your needs then this is the place for you!!

My husband ordered a scooter for our sons 10th birthday. When checking out there is nothing stating that they are unable to ship to PO Boxes, so my husband had it shipped to his businesses P.O box. We never received any phone call or notification that this was a problem. About two weeks later we still havent received our sons scooter, so we contacted Bike Craze. The woman on the phone told my husband that they should have never shipped the scooter, and that she was very surprised no one has contacted us. She told us that she was going to look into the matter, and call us back later that day. A week later we still havent heard from her, and still havent received our scooter. So, we contacted them again. Long story short the scooter was lost in shipment. It took Bike Craze 2 weeks after contacting them for them to file any paperwork with FedEx, and to also refund our money. We asked them to simply ship us a new scooter to our home address rather than have a refund. We were told that they were now out of stock of that scooter and unable to do so. They gave us a sob story about how this was very difficult for them, they were now out the money and a scooter. But when I visited their website later that day, I added one of the same scooters to my cart and went to check out and nothing came up that it was out of stock. Either their website needs some serious upgrades, like stating no po boxes and notifying customers an item is out of stock, or they should be more honest with their customers. I was not impressed to be told that the scooter was out of stock and given a refund after we had already paid for it. I was disappointed they didnt want to at least keep their sale when we had been polite and calm through all of this. I was even less impressed with the fact that it took them weeks to respond and do anything with the issues that we were having. We were able to find another scooter for our son on Amazon for the same price, same make, same model, same color, so we ordered it there. At least now I know itll arrive like its supposed to.

Could use some improved communication in their customer service. Also, beware if you order online - they do not appear to update inventory based on my experience and the experience of others in these reviews. I was going to be in town and decided to buy a particular model of long board to pick up when I arrived. Bike crazes website had the model listed, and when I prepared to checkout the site asked for a shipping address even though the site states it allows for in store pick up. So I emailed to confirm that I would be able to pick up on a particular day the following week and was told in reply that the board was in stock. After ordering online, I received an email stating that they didnt have the long board in stock and wouldnt for 2 weeks. I immediately requested to cancel the order for a refund. As this all happened on a Saturday, and they are closed on Sunday and Monday. I didnt hear anything back so I contacted them on Tuesday, when they acknowledged my request to cancel had been processed when I made it on Saturday. Thats great, but why wouldnt you let me know without having to ask?

Had to take a minute and just express my appreciation for these guys. I was looking for a particular kind of e-bike experience and was unsure if any of the options I saw online would work. I went to their store, examined and test drove several models, and after a great deal of discussion and deliberation, finally settled on a custom e-bike modification of a great beach cruiser that we collaborated on. A few months and hundreds of miles later I am so happy with my purchase and experience!! The service was friendly and the expert advice was useful. The owner and his son really love bikes and their enthusiasm was contagious. If you can, go into the store and let them help you like they did me...

I took my bike in for service and I must say BikeCraze was exceptional. The staff were friendly, down to earth, real and easy going. Their prices were both affordable and fair. Trust me I know I called around to 6 other shops and these guys provided the better service for the better price. In addition to their courtesy and respect they went above and beyond the normal service and did such a thorough job I was tremendously impressed. Being new to this part of Orange County I must say it was a pleasure to find a place that was honest and seemed to genuinely care. My compliments to the staff and Owner. I will be making BikeCraze my bike shop from this day forward. Keep up the good work.
