Im going to try to be as subjective as possible. I went in for a flat I thought maybe they would diagnose it and suggest a few things before just going to work. but no two minutes into being their my tire was off and tube being checked for holes, no price was discussed nor advertised anywhere. the worker said I had no holes and went to the back.... while the manager or i assume owner showed me some pumps I had a question on.... upselling me to a 50.00 pump stating the reason it was easy to use on all types of stems, i walked around a little and asked him if this lower priced one did the same thing .... he said a quiet yes, two seconds later i find a 12.00 pump with the same exact capability again i ask and he answer truthfully but in a shy manor .... yes. then he goes on to do the SAME THING with the hand pumps selling me a 50.00 hand pump when the 12.00 foot pump or the 20.00 other hand pump did the same thing.... i was tired of it..... so when i go to get my bike he says ... okay thats 22.... something.... i ask why he says " 10.00 for labor, 7.00 for a new inner tube, and 1.50 for a gauge YOU needed" I never asked for the gauge, and i remember the worker telling me he didnt need a new inner tube so i questioned, the manager goes to the back and comes back with a quick YES he did (about the tube) in a matter of 3 minutes i was charged 22... something FOR NOTHING AT ALL....... if you need anything done take the time to go to DUKES or FULLERTON BIKES or ORDER ONLINE AND LEARN THROUGH A YOUTUBE VIDEO .... THIS PLACE IS A RIP OFF

The Two Wheeler Dealer was a great find. Helpful, friendly and they have competitive prices too. I had just moved to the area and had been looking for a bike shop that understood road cycling and my special needs. I went to all the local bike shops and explained about my physical limitations but shop after shop sympathized but they had no clue how to help. I just happened to stumble on TWD when I was going to Brea Mall. I went in and explained my situation to Tim, the owner, it took him about 60 seconds to figure out exactly what to do to my bike so I could ride it. He showed me different configurations and the cost to customize my bike. There was a couple hundred dollars difference in price and he was pushing for the less expensive way to do it. Thanks to TWD within a few days I was riding my road bike which I hadn’t been able to ride for years! I like to research and look for good deals, TWD’s prices are fair but the service is outstanding, inexpensive and timely. After spending a few weeks searching for a new road bike, going to all the sales and even shopping online I ended up buying my new bike from Tim and the Two Wheeler Dealer and I got an excellent deal. More important is I know that TWD will be there standing behind their products and service whenever I need them. I found a home at the Two Wheeler Dealer!

Awesome local bike shop. I have purchased three bikes over the last 4 months from here. My first city/mountain bike was purchased here about 25 years ago. Tim and his staff are fantastic. These are knowledgeable cyclists and good, friendly people. I prefer shopping local bike shops over the big chains. This is my number one stop. Amazing service, professional fittings, and a great team. Check them out if you are looking for a bike.

Best independent bike shop in north orange county, maybe all of it! Ive been a customer for over 6 years! I trust and recommend their repair work 100%. Ed is a great Guy and knows his stuff and is friendly and treats me well. Im a cannondale Guy and thats the main road line they carry, so that keeps me here too. Highly recommended, go pay them a visit!

AMAZING customer service! I needed to have my disk breaks adjusted so he worked on my ENTIRE bike, adjusting everything from the seat/pedals/drailer/etc and then making my disc breaks work perfectly. And the best part was when he said, "No Charge." I will be going back to Two Wheeler for all my future biking purchases and fixes, thanks Guys!

I am their customer for over 4 years. Even now I move out of Orange County, I still drive 45 minutes to shop at this place. They will educate you everything about biking and their pricing is reasonable. They are professional and ethical.

Best bike shop! I love this shop, great customer service!! They fix my bike(not try to sell new parts or etc like other shop) and sometime they didnt charge me. I moved out from Brea, but still go to this shop.
