These people know bikes, AND they know people. Im always blown away with their customer service and ability to effortlessly provide detailed solutions/recommendations to whatever a pro or novice rider may be looking for. Parts, Accessories, bike fitting, etc.. With certified technicians, theyve got the experience needed and are always happy to educate. Coming from 25 years of riding bikes, I can say that this is the best shop to get your next bike from. I highly recommend giving this shop a visit!! Ed and Abe, thank you so much for my new wheels as well as the amazing care and education that came with it.

rented a bike while visitng for a baldy ride. full carbon frame, ultegra group, but low end rims. vry good bike for a rental!! they tweaked everything to fit me from the measurements i made of my bike. the tires were complete shite, got two flats on my 60 mile ride, both result of cut through the tread. I didnt know the rental didnt include a set of pedals, and they made me buy a set instead of lending me one. Come on you cant tell me a bike shop of their size doesnt have a set of pedals to spare!! hence only 4 out of 5 on this review.

I had a really good experience at this place. They were genuine people trying to help me find a bike rather than be pushy salespeople. Frankly, I dont respond well to pushy salespeople, and if I was met with that at Incycle, then I would have left. Ed was amazing and made me feel welcome in the shop. I would buy another bike here.

Bought a mountain bike and a hard tail for my son. The team at incycle is very knowledgeable and patient. Michael worked with my son to size him, cut down the seat post to assure a good fit. Made recommendations on stem sizes. The value for product and service really put incycle above others. Huge selection but small shop service.

I went there to buy my first pair of cycling shoes. I had no idea what I wanted/needed, but the person who helped me was really helpful! He listened to what kind of riding I would be doing and what my price range was and helped me pick out the perfect shoe! The store had a great selection and a great vibe!

This is the only bike shop for me. Ive bought me Cannondale caad 9 6, all my cycling gear, pedals, gears, shoes, etc. They have taken care of me in so many ways. They have helped me go from a 287lb to 216lb! I keep coming back for sales and all things to help maintain my bike.

Got on my bike to ride over there to get some supplies, got a flat and had to walk half of the way, and got there after they were closed. They graciously opened up for me and sold me a new innertube so that I wouldnt have to walk all the way back home. Great service!
