I have been to this bike shop 4 times in the last two months. Hands down the best bike shop and the Anaheim Garden Grove Orange County area. Im actually quite Blown Away. They deserve 5 out of 5 100%. I have recently dived into the cycling culture in need of advice and replacement parts for my bike. Completely great attitude and support towards a cycling culture and newbies to the trade. I approach them with great naive but hungry to learn attitude every time Ive come to the shop in need of support and replacement parts. I never get rushef and they provide great care to my wallet and bike. I trust them with my wallet and that is a scary thing to do . Which shows how trustworthy, honest and real world advice they have.

Had a very hard time with this bike shop. It took them three weeks to return my bike after they told me it would take four days. I called them every couple of days after the first week and half to check up on progress, and each time they told me it would be done the next day. After about a week of them telling me it would be done "tomorrow" I called them out on it, and they were rude to me in response and returned my bike without all of the work done. However, most people seem to like the place, and the work they did get done on my bike was done well. It was probably just a hiccup.

I ordered a kestrel bike from their website and got a phone call few hours later explaining that bike is not available in my size. Their website let me place the order. I even got a confirmation email with my order details. Also they collected my credit card information, which I am unable to delete from their website. Why did they take my order, if they dont have this bike in-stock? To be clear the very same bike in my size IS STILL LISTED AS AVAILABLE on their website, but at slightly higher price. What kind of scam is this? Cheaters!

I live near by went to have them look at my bike, and because i dont have a 2,000.00 dollars bike they did not only give me the time of day but would even give my bike a look he said it was a certain problem but said it takes weeks to fix with people just sitting around doing nothing he went on to say that no bike shop could fix it fast they were wrong not only did i find a good shop that was help full they gave me the right issue for my bike so thanks lot ass@#$% you know how to lose business!!

They made special arrangements to change the oil in my Rohloff Speedhub while I waited, since I need my bike almost every day. It turned out to be an especially busy day for them, but they still took an extra half hour to tune the shifting so it works almost like new (the hub is 12 years old). They also took time to answer all my questions, and make sure I had enough information to change the oil myself the next time. I dont think they charged me for all the time either. Great service!

Cant say enough good things about my experience with Adrenaline Bike Shop! Friendly, extremely knowledgable, good pricing, quick correspondence, excellent craftsmanship. Had a great time collaborating with them on my two recent custom build projects. A serious bike shop for serious cyclists, without being snobbish. Ill never buy a bike from another shop, and I should mention that I live 3,000 miles away!

First ever time in the shop I was offered a cold beverage, nice! Also, while there they answered all questions and werent bothered by them. My goto shop. Also, I watched them help a customer who said they werent going to buy anything just yet but half hour later the customer had all questions answered left happy about their shop. Good Job guys....

Needed a $5 dollar "off" size part for my kids bike. The representative took the time to dig through a box of spare parts looking for a possible match. Even though the part would have been a minimum sale for their shop, I was very impressed that he spent the time trying to help, and then gave me recommendations on where to look next.

Great shop! These are the guys to talk to if you want insight and opinions on brands, trends, parts, great rides, basically ANYTHING BIKE. It is NOT your neighborhood Schwinn dealer; mid-level and up, but they are always fair and experts are worth every dollar IMHO. GO there, Im just saying...

I have been going to Adrenaline for the past year and have gotten nothing but the best service. The staff knows their product and are willing to spend the time with me. I will be going there as long as I am riding my bike. Keep up the good work guys.

Just called the shop on the phone to ask if they had and ODI snap caps. The man who answered was super nice and very helpful. He went out of his way to check for me and I really appreciate his time. I would def give this shop my business!
