I recently hit an illegally parked delivery truck parked in the bike lane and in a no parking zone. I have a sweet madone 6.9 with Dura ace components but it is a 10 speed. I was faced with trying to find the older parts since Shimano stopped making 10 speed parts. My options were replacing everything with di2 Or a ultegra upgrade. Gregg provided me with a creative solution and saved me quite a bit of money. I felt Gregg went above and beyond with his support and his genuine concern after my accident. The shop has gone through a resource turnover and the group there now is very customer focused. Anyone know a bike lawyer since I hit the illegally parked truck Im at fault.

Not impressed with their generosity and community spirit. I brought a used bike in today and ask them if they could give it a minor tune up in order to be donated to a Famlies Forward Auction and be given full credit for the donation. Their answer was "no" the cost ($135) of their time and a new chain was worth more than the bike.

Not exactly your mom n pop LBC, but great place with lots of selection and friendly, knowledgeable staff. Bought my first bike in over 20 years. Good deal and great service. I like going there just to check out the advancements in road cycling since my last bike and see what else I can get to trick out the new ride.

Very friendly staff and they had everything I needed. The store is organized and clean. Prices are standard and competitive for this area. I stayed for a while browsing and asking questions and the staff were very knowledgeable.
