No customer service. Went there on Saturday and Sunday to purchase a pair of sunglasses and could get no assistance at the counter. On sunday I went to the back of the store and saw a door marked "employees only" and opened it and saw 3 employees back there and asked for help at the sunglasses counter. A lady asked for the employees to assist at the sunglasses counter. Went back and still got no help. the whole time I was there a phone kept ringing and the cashier would answer it and get on the intercom and say, "shoe department line 2" No one in the shoe department either. This place sucks. The only employee you see is the lone cashier and she is very busy. I know now why "brick and mortar stores" are going out of business.

Love this place, they always have what I need when I go in and the staff is super helpful. I went in one time ready for a camping trip and was unable to find a couple items. They not only showed me where I was going to have issues but recommended products (multiple lines) for what I was trying to do for the trip. Awesome customer service.

I love this store for their shoe sales. They always have something on sale. I also love that they sell Quench gum. I use it when I have a sore throat. It always gives me relief.
