Please do yourself a favor and buy your rifles elsewhere. Big 5 is a total fraud! Heres my story, I came in to buy a pellet rifle called a gamo whisper fusion pro. the box and receipt came with exactly the description. Heres the fraudulent part...the gun was NOT the gamo whisper fusion pro. Instead it was a bull whisper (totally different). I came back for an exchange. They said we never sold this bull whisper model before. I said, I bought this gun here and I have the proof for it. They said sorry you dont have the exact gun you bought it for. Wow. in other words I am screwed for buying something I cant exchange. Heres a fun fact. They looked up the bull whisper and it is not in their system, inventory, manufacturer purchase order...nothing at all. They sold me the wrong gun when I clearly payed for the correct one. Good job at commiting fraud Big 5. I will never go back to them knowing that anything I buy may not even be exchangeable/ returnable because its not in their system!

They have always had what I need at a good price and they even adjusted price of good pair high end running shoes to the known Sale price so I didnt have to wait for sale. They have adjusted a few times I have gone there in the past.
