I called asked a question and was put on hold for 40 min. I hung up and called back phone had a busy signal. kept calling back for a few hours ever time i got a busy signal. i think they left the phone off the hook to not get anymore calls. I go there my self to ask a question about shoes and they tell me wait over there by the shoes an we will get someone. durring that time i watched a girl talk on her cell phone while it was on speaker, hidden deep in the chest of her shirt about the drama of her boyfriend. anyone else seemed to be glued to their phones as well, just roaming around like zombies. after about 30 min of waiting I took off. went to sports authority in La Habra. If I owned this place I would have fired everyone. Their are so many un employed people that will actually work these days being that their is practicaly no jobs out there.

My son bought a pair of sneakers here and when he got home found that the box contained two left shoes. He went back the next day and, rather than exchanging the one shoe, they made him buy a new pair. Admittedly, he had not kept his receipt, but it was obvious what had happened. Why else would a fourteen-year-old have two identical brand new left shoes? It was inexcusable for them not to make it right.

they have great prices!! always have things on sale aswell! and very helpfull with all my questions , wish they had ka bar fixed blades but other than that great selection of knifes and survival gear , staff was super nice ill be back forsure.
