I was really disappointed with the way I was treated on my last visit to this store. First it took me a while to get someone to help me get an item. And as I got to the register, I literally stood there in front of the cashier for about a minute before she decided to acknowledge my presence, and when she decided to acknowledge my presence there was no "hello" or any type of greeting--she just looked at me a asked "whats your zip code" -- I was amazed--I have worked in the customer service field many years, and I just hope that my crew and I have never come across our clients with such rude, and unpleasant attitude. That is the type of attitude that drive customers away.

I really needed help getting a pair of running shoes that would work with my really high arches. I received excellent service, even though it was a crazy busy Saturday morning. I walked out with a pair of shoes i know is going to work for me. Also, I was very impressed with their size selection , its nice to know I can get what i need there.

its like a half step above estate and garage sale hunting--you might find some gems here. the clothes can be "irregular" or out of style, but when theyre on sale, they are quite cheap. parking is very easy to find (but the spaces are tiny) so dont come with an SUV or you might get door dings

Honestly. Where do I start. They had good services, but after buying everything ( for about 2 hours) ,thinking we had discounts on most items, weve been scammed. The store has never signed an agreement with other companies. A waste of 2 hours. Ill add a star because of the services.

i was really desapointed too some fat man treat me bad and the owner should talk to there staff THEY DO NOT TAKE THERE JOB SERIOUSLY.they just talk an also they get mad when someone ask a question.

One of the larger Big 5 stores in the area. Great staff, lot less shoes and guns but lots more sporting equipment. Great place for snow gear during winter.

Everyone is super helpful and they have great deals on boogie boards. Definitely recommend going here for any summer needs.
