They are beyond disorganized! The staff has trouble taking care of any individual customer! They show lack of interest in making any effort toward customer satisfaction! They have poor communication and become careless when someone calls them for something specific! I called, a gentleman answered and he put me on hold to look for an item I had asked about only for a woman to answer and ask me what questions I had and then I specified again what I was looking for and then it was either the same woman or someone else picked up asking what I had call for? REALLY! It was a simple question on such a simple item. I have walked in countless times looking for something while the staff showed lack of interest in helping when little to no customers were around the store! I dont understand how such a small store compared to all the larger stores they have located elsewhere show no interest in taking care of a customer! I live right down the street and i am definitely not going back! The time is 2:37 P.M. and today is 06/29/17 I live on Azusa ave in Covina!

i went to this location on 10/17/16 to purchase pellets for my pellet gun.Very very bad customer service,i waited 15 minutes for customer service and know one would help me.The cashier page for someone to come help me,one person that works there came over i thought he was going to help me.He picked his water bottle and walked right pass and went on his break.Finally i just walked out of the store shaking my head at the cashier.15 minute of my life wasted no customer service.

One of the associates of the shoe department , was not helpful at all. Very clueless, bad manners the whole time, and also seemed careless. Everytime he was asked about a certain shoe size , he wouldnt check and just say the shoe size wasnt available. Very lazy, lacking good customer service. Customer Service is a big deal, this needs to be fixed.

My son and I stopped here for a quick purchase. We came across regular priced cleats for adult sizes, but did notice sales for the children sizes. Baseball socks and cleats were easily accesible. Employees were attentive and curteous. Always good to be able to walk into a sporting goods store and see everything stocked nicely.

This Big5 sometimes has tables outside to sale their clearance shoes. They do have an associate outside to watch. Last time I went, that associate did not greet us, he will stare at us to check, but mostly on his phone most of the time. Plenty of parking spaces. Shares the plaza with 99 Cents store amd Chuck e Cheese.

I normally wouldt post a review for a Big 5, but this one was worth mentioning because of its size- This is a big store! Ive been to several Big 5 stores in the past for random sporting goods or cheap shoes, and this is probably the biggest Big 5 that Ive been to. Good customer service and obviously great selection.

Nica and clean store. Always have great clearance selection, found an Adidas Polo for $2.00. Amazing!!!

Disorganized, shame that you cant just go in and get what you want and leave.
