I cannot believe the lack of help they are willing to provide I was left standing waiting for the worker by the name of Brandon to come back and once he did as he walked away rolled his eyes and the girl in the register just laughed I was left the waiting again I just left I cannot even believe out of so many people there no one even cares about the customer. Save yourself the trouble go to another Big 5

Take forever to get any help when you need something from behind the counter. I just want to buy binoculars and Ive been standing here 15 minutes. Finally I called the store, while standing inside, and all the poor check out girl can do is page a sales guy again. Took me 20 minutes to do something that could take 2 minutes. Edit: he gave me a $4 discount, so at least there is that.

Went in looking for golfing spikes they had them, but not what I was looking for. I did find their sales rack and they had nice warm jackets on sale for $5 and jogger pants for $7 also the men sandals were on sale for $9.99 as well. I did spend time doing some Christmas shopping . The girls at the counter were very helpful.

OK, its still football season, but the baseball apparel isnt even separated from mens, womens or youth. If someone would have helped me, I would have bought full setup for softball league tonight! Shoes, sliding shorts, pants, gloves, compression shirt, cup... NO SALE.

Great service for mountain bikes! If you have a high end bike make sure you check it in with Aaron. I had a bunch of work done on my ibis, had a few hiccups that Aaron very promptly resolved.

I dont think its just this Big 5, but whenever I go into one there isnt enough people on the floor to answer questions. That is exactly the case here. Big5 needs to get additional employees.

Employees are uninterested in the customers and just generally rude. Not all of them but the majority. Dont ask for help at the gun counter either. The worst of the worst.

Im a difficult fit for shoes. The guys were super helpful!! By the way, why arent the employees wearing your own sportswear? Id expect them to be wearing athletic wear.

Staff was good but they didnt tagged the prices and discounts - thats very bad part. Untill and unless we go and ask we cant find/ billing desk the actual price.

Seems like they have more of a selection than other Big 5s. Finding a shoe associate was a little difficult, but the help at the register was wonderful.
