Awesome Customer Service. Really Outstanding. We took our 6 year old Maltese in to look for a chew toy, Melisse greeted us and came up to help us find what we were looking for and Noticed almost Immediately that our dog had a yeast infection (what had been repeatedly diagnosed by Vets as allergies) and handed out some literature/pamphlets as well as offering us some samples of the product. We declined the samples but took the literature and found it was exactly what our dog had been suffering from. We went back and got the DerMagic system that day, took Melisses advice about Diet, itch relief lotions, and getting our dog off the steroids that did little for our dog except make her sleepy, bloated, and hungry. After 3 days without medication and proper diet we noticed a Marked Improvement in our dog. No red spots, much less itching, and looking like she lost about 3 lbs of fat (17 lb dog) Very Noticeable Improvements. I am a strong believer in Supporting People and Businesses who take the time to get personal with their customers. The experience with the doggie bag has made me a repeat customer for sure and I cant express enough how grateful I am that our dogs quality of life has been improved by someone knowledgeable.
