I used to take my three Bichon/Maltese dogs to the groomers. One of my dogs is prone to ear infections after a grooming session. One time my dog ended up with what looked like a chemical burn on both era. I tool my affected dog back into the store to show the manager how severe the damage was. I had to take him to the vet and they were horrified to see what the groomer had done to my poor dog. The lady at my veterinarian actually called Petco groomers to get them to pay the bill. She could not belief the damage the groomer had caused. I even had the manager come to my home to discuss this extremely frustrating manner. He stated he wanted to talk with the groomer first. My dog started running a high fever and even with medication he ran a fever for over a week. I had to take my dog back to the vet twice since he was not getting much better. The then gave me a second medication in addition to the first medication. It turned out he had both a antibacterial and antifungal infection in his ear canal The manager told me he would pay the vet bill but they never did. I was so unhappy after this experience I would never either take my dogs there again or even shop at the store. This is not customer service. It was a nightmare for both me and my dogs. I have switched groomers because of this awful experience.

Too expensive. Was buying a collar that looked used. Clerk said he would discount it when I said "wait let me go back for a new one that one looks used." He took a whole $2.00 off a used collar. Hindsight I should not of purchased it. Everything else in the store was ridiculously priced. An example: $20 for a simple dog collar.

The employees at this store are FANTASTIC! They always have the answers to my questions and have taken the time to make sure I know what I am doing. The manager is awesome too!

Horrible care of animals most fish had dead fish and algae growing in each one. No customer service help either
