The group that work there are always the same face. That makes,it all to easy to create a sense of trust. They have never advised me wrong and are not afraid to tell you to call a local vet if its out of their field of experience. They are warm, fast, and hard working folks! In the 15 years that I have been going their business practices have not changed. Prices are fair.

They are well organized, the workers are very quick, thorough and nice. If you need any animal or farm/ranch food, equipment, etc they will order it in to the store for you. They are hard working and knowledgeable in farm animals, home pets, and reptile needs food and care. They also tend to be cheaper than most stores of similar sales.

Very friendly staff and extremely knowledgable. I enjoyed walking around and looking at all the things they have for sale. I am definitely going back to get dog and cat food. I also loved seeing all the birds and guinea pigs for sale.

Purchase 2 parakeets and cage, feed, bowls treats on July 3, 2017 within less then a 2 week times both birds passed. Took birds back , no exchange policy on live animals . Owner states no exchange on cage or refund. Poor policy.

Some birds are very sick and need heat. They have heat lamps on insects but let high dollar finches that are visibly very sick freeze. Not cool..
