Customer Service at its Worst! This past Sat., 4/1/17, I went to PetSmart at Broadstone Plaza in Folsom to get Flea medicine for our dog. I walked in the door went to the to display, picked out a card (to trade for product) for what I needed and took it to the cashier. Cashier rang it up and called for the manager, who she explained needed to go get the product. We waited a few minutes, no manager arrived and she paged the manager again. 10min later, still no manager. By that time another employee is leaning up against the counter chatting. My cashier asks her if she wants to go get product. She says no. Then rethinks and goes to look. She comes back with the wrong product. This process happens 3more times. My cashier continues to page manager in the process. 20min into this, manager (Carla) shows up. My cashier (did not get her name), tells her what’s going on. Then I tell her what I need and I that I would like as few does as possible. Manager goes to back room and comes out with wrong product. While talking to me, she gives her keys to another employee. She stands and looks at me, I ask if she’s going to go get the correct product. She says she gave her keys to other cashier and has to wait for them. She then walks off about 10’ and starts talking to another employee. The conversation went something like this; “I’m ready for a Starbuck’s, are you ready to make a run?” I asked if she was going to pick one up for me while she was at it! I then told the manager I was sorry for being a B…..! But I’d now been there for 30min and was she going to be able to help me? She went and grabbed her keys from other cashier, went to back room and came back with the correct product and dosage. She gave it to my cashier and walked off. She did not look at me, apologize or acknowledge any error on her part or her staff’s. Long story short… PetSmart might want to re-think Carla as a Manager. Her customer service is nonexistent and the staff on the floor has obviously been influenced by her demeanor. C Cook / Folsom, CA

Not as big as the Iron Point location, but the employees are always friendly and I never have trouble finding anything that I need.
