person who was helping pick out a life jacket for my dog,had all the answers why I should get one that was large for my dog,but could not tell me why. He said "in my personal experience bigger is better" I asked him why and he couldnt answer. Thats not an acceptable answer. The directions read different, I had to go with that. He seemed argumentative with my decision. I had to go with what the manufactor suggested,not what he thought. I will not go into that store if I am going to be treated that way.

Very clean store & always have what Im looking for, but the best part is there staff! So helpful never had I had to hunt through the store to find help. I have dogs, cats & out door specialized goldfish I bought there that now r the size of specialized koi fish. They also go out of there way to make sure if u dont have a coupon & they do u get it. Love this store!

Went in to get a few things for our goldfish but admittedly we werent sure exactly what we needed. The girl who works in the fish section was extremely knowledgeable and was able to help us pick out everything we needed without trying to oversell us on stuff we didnt need. Good experience!

Big box with horrible service.. I have shopped at Petco for years when they open one locally I was excited but after a few times their I realize they arent up to par like the Folsom location... Ill be doing business with local Lees better service and prices.

Having a Rep from a dog food company different the company I buy my dog food from, waiting in the isles to tell me what horrible dog food I buy is not how I want to spend my time in a pet food store. Lose the Reps.

Have the pet basics but often not stocked up on the food my cats like (Fancy Feast), so I sometimes settle for what theyve got. Dont stock many cat treats either. Been going to PetSmart instead lately.

Large variety of animals and critters. Has dog grooming service and cat adoption. I get all my beta fish and supplies here. Great people.

Big clean store. Their fish section is the biggest that Ive seen at a pet shop. Workers are friendly too.
