Ive been going here for years, in July I went in to buy a larger juvenile bearded Dragon. There was two to choose from, one of them was less active than the other. I picked the more active one. I notice he had some spots on his tale and I asked the girl working what they were, she assured me that it was just poop. Needless to say, the spots are not poop and have gotten bigger and spread towards his spine. After calling the vet, she told me they were ROT SPOTS. So, I called the store and they offered to take him back and REPLACE him. Saying they would treat him and sell him again. This animal should have never been up for sale, his rot spots can KILL him. They want him back in order to treat him. Its been 4 months, I dont want a replacement for the animal Ive bonded with. I want him treated. Im very disappointed that they have not stepped up and offered to just treat him, or pay to treat him for me. Before this, I was very happy with incredible pets. I prefer going here over petco or other pet stores. Now Im not sure I will be going back.

We went in a few weeks ago and Ive been meaning to review our experience. First off, we went in just browsing because we are always looking for new goodies for our pups. We were approached by Raven and she absolutely made our experience. We have been looking to learn more about the best diet for our dogs, and she was beyond amazing. She took the time (like an hour of time we didnt even ask of her) telling us about different brands and typed of diets for different type of dogs. At the end of it all, we really wanted to try a new brand of food and she hooked it up so we could Try it before we buy It. We will definitely be back and want to make all our food purchases through incredible pets.

Staff appears disoriented, selection of quality products is limited and the poor animals in there dont look too healthy. Some of the fish were dead in the tanks. The confused staff seem friendly enough and while they are eager to help they arent very knowledgeable so arrive knowing exactly what you want. It kinda feels like its run by and staffed with high school students so theyre hilarious and try to help but its faster to not ask questions and figure out for yourself if they have what you need.

I tend to come here every 2 or 3 days to cop on crickets and what not. The customer service here is off the charts ! With very Decent Prices ! All of there animals seem to be very well taken care of ! But maybe dont order so many rabbits/guineas? at once. Not enough room in there cages, just my opinion.. Also I cant help but think I got someone fired about 7 months ago, Hit me if you think you know what I am talking about. would like to make it right if its true. lol

Incredible Pets has Incredible prices and employees. What an incredible LOCAL pet store CHAIN (6 locations). I have been in five of the six locations and each time I have always been helped by friendly and knowledgeable staff members. The prices rival even the big box store pet product prices. I would much rather have the few pennies more I pay for some things stay in our local regional economy. If you have not shopped here for your pet supplies you are missing out.

My dog and I love this place :-) they are always friendly and helpful and frankly they are generous. We were there today for our monthly shampoo because we love their self serve dog wash. I know my dog you would rather be bathed by me then by someone else so this is a really good way to get her clean and still she enjoys herself because I can feed her cookies while Im bathing her :-)

Everybody there is nice, always helpful. Odly enough, as much dog food as I buy, as often as I do, no one there has EVER asked me about my dog. Just weird. I buy a $50 bag every 7 to 9 days... And no one has asked me what Im buying the food for or anything. Id figure that they would care.... Eh... Whatever. No biggie

Its hard to imagine anyone giving less than 5 stars to Incredible Pets. Ive had nothing but great experiences at this store (as well as the other stores I patronize). Staff have been very helpful, theyve offered a good selection and their prices are fair (even without price-matching).

The red ear sliders are huge. The aquatic plants were uncommon gems under low light at good prices. Chris is very knowledgeable and helpful. I felt like I got steal. Go there if you like tortoises, lagre turtles, aquarium plants, once in awhile rare community tropical fish.

Awesome pet store and amazing, colorful fish. I have special ordered fish and the were great and they have a pretty good fish selection but a little pricey.
