Since the moment I entered this shop not knowing what to expect or what it was about the staff immediately made me feel welcomed. Sine then Ive been to this shop 5 times and was remembered by various employees 3 times. Lush is now my favorite store and I believe what makes this store not only awesome by their products is the staff! I love coming back to this store because just the smell of the products relax me and they have a very friendly staff that are always answering your questions and help you out while finding the right product for you. I must thats very unique too because they show that they truly care to help and arent just helping you because its their job. Even though its the only Lush Ive been to I know that its truly the best.

I always have a good time at LUSH, because it is one of my favorite places to be at. This particular lush was average, and the only thing holding the 5 star range back, was due to the fact that I couldnt get a hold of service. I wanted to get samples and ask questions, but I couldnt!
