I understand some people have had bad experiences with MAC, as have I (Beverly Center, 2010) but never at this branch... I was in the store over Christmas and was served by PATTI - she was great! I was approached by her, she was very friendly and attentive and insisted on helping me find the right colour foundation by sitting me down and matching my skin tone. I noticed on leaving the store that another assistant also greeted me. They were all that I thought a store should be, I am VERY fussy about the condition and display of the products, service and attitude.

I dont understand how this place is not out of business. The one item I get here (powder foundation) lasts me a good 8 months and I use it nearly every day. Great products. Good for your face. Make your face look good. Competitive prices for similar quality products. On this visit, there were only two other customers and three associates. One of the associates asked if I needed help. I relayed what I came to buy and said that that would be all. I paid. I left. The whole process took no more than 5 minutes.

The couple times Ive gone the service has been bad. I go and look around no one comes and help. I have to ask for help. Then I tell them what Im looking for, right away they give me a product they tell me works great. Which I end up returning it because its not what I wanted. I go to other MAC stores and the environment is a lot different then this store.

i love this shop. customer service was awesome. i wanted to pick up some masks because my mother is obsessed and told me to try them out. the super helpful worker chose a few options for me since my skin is extremely sensitive and im happy to report my skin feels better than it has in a while.

Every time I have gone in no one asks to help and if you do ask for someone to assist you they seemed bothered. Most of the artists come off stuck up.
