My husband and I absolutely love this store and dont buy our incense from anywhere else. We frequently travel to Japan, and we dont even buy any incense abroad anymore because we know we can get what we like at The Vanity Box Cosmetics! The service is amazing, as they light whatever you want to sample and are excellent at making quality recommendations based on your tastes, and are just so warm and friendly. They usually always place an extra sample of something in your purchase as well. We will drive into the city to Japantown just to visit this store!

Kind of accidentally came upon this place and Im so glad I did! Sergio was an amazing help and samples anything and everything for me! I spent 3 amazing hours shopping and walked away with some great Morphe brushes, Cinema Secret and Graftobian pallets, La Femme, Violet Voss and Senna products that Ive been really pleased with. I cant wait to go back.

I had a very unprofessional help from Joslin Aguirre I was trying to return an item that I got the day before and she stated that by company policy she can not return it. No where in the receipt is marked.she had an attitude toward me ..i will not ever recommend this place.thanks

Cozy little place. Wife always shops here. Customer service is good. The girl is very attentive to customer needs. Plenty of parking. We spend $200 in Macys when you could get it her for cheaper.
