Today we started our day of riding at Anaheim Harley. We got there at 10 am and I was there to meet three of my friends. The goal was to ride from Anaheim Harley on down to Cooks Corner. We did that and then two of us broke out and extended the ride down to Hells Kitchen and Lookout point which meant a trip through the Ortegas which is always a blast. Anaheim Harley is huge it has two buildings so if youre in the mood to kick tires on motorcycles that all takes place in one building. If you want to go check out the accessories and clothes and helmets and stuff like that thats over in the other building. That building has two stories and a ton of stuff. They have some decent deals on the sales rack as well. I brought my drone along with me today so I spent my time flying around the parking lot taking aerial pictures. While I was taking pictures, I met Timm Browne who happens to be the new guy in service. I like to keep my bike maintained and I have not settled on on particular place to fix my bike so I am always looking for the right spot. I might have found it today.

The Service department SUCKS , they overcharged me 60 dollars and now I have a LEAK from my clutch cover . It took the 2 full days to do a 1.5 hour job . I will give LIFESTYLE Cycles or GRUMPYS my business from Now on !!!! Unfortunately they are closest Dealer to get PARTS , I have had my 2005 HD SPORTY for less than a year and have replaced all the electrical parts ( except the starter ) as of 3/15/14 . UPDATE 3/30/14 : NOW I have to replace the STARTER too..... This bike has only 15 K miles and has been babied from day 1 ( Synthetic OIL every 2 K miles , never ridden in the rain , always stored in the garage ) and is never over revved or abused ! Luckily I have a back up UJM bike to commute on ... or I would never get to work !

I bought 3 bikes here and some of the sales men are really good. Some have moved on but Dave Lund is still there so ask for him. He works hard to get you a good bike and price. The parking is great and there is motorcycle parking available. Snacks and coffee there all the time. The store is huge but there is very few clothing for larger women. I asked the clothing manager to order more womens clothing for XXL and up to 3W but there is very very little. Mens clothing has a good supply of sizes up to 5X. Decent amount of helmets to try on both men and womens. Staff in clothing is nice. I have not used the service there so I have no experience to note. Met some HOG people and they are nice. Good rides too for all even guests.

Really nice staff but when it comes to a time line dont even bother because whatever they tell you is a lie. They made me appointment at 8 oclock. I got a call at 9:47 am saying my bike just got put into rotation, I even told them that I had appointment at 8 oclock and they said they dont make appointments. my bike got done at 4pm. They were going to drop it off at 930 am the next day. its noon and I still dont have my bike. the parts department doesnt even call when they receive your parts. They really need to get their s*** together.

My husband and I have bought two bikes from JT at LA Harley. Not only was it a great experience, but he follows up with you to see how you are liking your bike and if you need anything. We never felt pressured into buying any bike. I will always go back to this dealership to purchase my bikes. Everyone was awesome and JT….well thank you JT for just being a real person and not a "sales" person!

I just got a Ultra Limited and was not disappointed with the care that I received. The staff were great as always. This was my second bike purchased from them. Last one was a 2004 Roadking. Put 119,628 miles on it and they helped when ever I asked. Great people and treatment. Better than family. Loyal for life.

If its your 1st or 10th Harley, J.T. in Sales is your guy. Parts Department rocks theyre knowledgeable & helpful. My experience with L.A. H-D Fullerton is both as a rider & previous shop owner. I dont live close but they are my preferred location. Youll be glad you made the trip!

Good sales staff, but horrible terrible parts Staff. There are two main guys. One is good, but Greg is NOT. What an awful human being. It is very obvious he hates his job and most likely his life. Dont buy parts here.
