Went in for a Kawasaki recall and they were hesitant to assist me at first, but after presenting them with an official Kawasaki letter they were more accepting towards the service. Everything seemed fine until I inspected the bike more thoroughly, in total they lost 3 headlight screws, 1 washer, and 2 fairing screws. I know they didnt profit from the service since it was covered under the warranty, but the lack of professionalism is outstanding. They also tried to rip me off with some service on the fork caps. 90 dollars just to replace the fork caps. They tried telling me that they needed to remove the clamps so it would be time consuming, but that was a total lie. After purchasing a wrench for 13 dollars it took me 10 minutes to replace them, WITHOUT REMOVING ANY CLAMPS. I was ready to give this store my future business with some new bike purchases, but after this experience I would rather take my business elsewhere.

These guys are awesome. Ive owned 3 Hondas, purchased one here and even a couple of used ones that have been serviced regularly there. Ive been going to this Honda for over 25 yrs and the front end and parts manager and the service manager Steve have been there for me the whole time. On some things, of course the dealership is going to be a little more expensive, but they back everything up that they do. Very friendly, very helpful, very knowledgeable. Not sure what these negative responses are but being in sales myself, we all know that stuff happens. So if you see 3 negative things, you can also know that 3000 good interactions happened that werent posted. Most people that bother to post reviews are usually upset. Im really lucky that they are just down the street from me too. Ride on people, you can enjoy your bike with these guys taking care of it.

Took my 2002 Honda FR800ABS to OC Honda and had to pay a lot (3x a non dealership motorcycle garage) to get it fixed. Later found out it was all under recall and should have been free! When I approached them to correct it, they denied it was under recall. Then when I showed them the printout proving validity of my claim, they referred me to Honda USA main office. They in turn told me it is decided at the dealership and they can sort it out. When I contacted OC Honda again, they said the recall had just finished and they could no longer claim it. It had expired during their 3 month delay tactics, 2 weeks before tthis last conversation with them. Told all my biking friends and aquaintances. Very poor and greedy business practices!

One problem. The service department. Unfriendly, very often theyre unprofessional, and one person in particular very seemingly dislikes working there. I shouldnt feel like Im bothering you when I ask you to replace a screw for me that Ive just bought from you. If you work in services there and youre reading this and you disagree with my comment about youre business then make sure you treat your customers well. Dont kiss my ass, just make me feel like Im being taken care of. From now on Im going somewhere else. The salesmen there are cool and friendly but unfortunately Im usually there for a service on my motorcycle and I dont see those guys.

These guys are a joke. Jim the "Parts Department Manager" clearly is not a person who needs to be interacting face to face with customers. He is rude, doesnt think before speaking, and isnt very friendly. Wasted close to 3 weeks waiting for a part that was promised to me in 3-5 days. Finally just asked for my money back. Thought upper management should know about the type of people they have working for them so I spoke with Larry the "General Manager" he didnt seem to care much and didnt even make the effort to try and make it right. So glad I didnt purchase my honda there, they dont deserve MY money.

Service department will rip you off. I tried to deal with them to do warranty work on my 08 CBR several months back. They refused to do it. Honda corporate said they could not refuse work since they were a Honda dealership. I find out that the work done was not profitable to them so they refused me. Then I tried to go in to balance a single tire today. Tire off bike needed nothing but a balance. Oscar (brilliant look gentleman) wanted to charge me 18 dollars. I dont know what world he comes from but, in mine, even 18 dollars is absurd amount to mount and balance tires on the bike.

OC Honda has serviced my Suzuki, Yamaha, and Kawasaki. Steve, the service manager, has always been helpful and able to get my bike done quickly (when they arent backed up with other jobs). Jeff, the parts and accessories guy, has ordered anything that they didnt have in stock for me and managed to give me a good estimate of when it would arrive. Most things were there within a few days. The Kawasaki and a trailer were purchased there, both handled by Larry. Hes easy going, not pressuring you into something you dont want... which are the qualities I want as a customer in a salesman.

I Just bought a Kawasaki 636!!! I was searching and visiting many dealerships in the Orange County area and found the perfect shop. I found them to be the best and less intimidating motorcycle shop around. Not pushy but helpful. Staff was friendly, knowledgeable and were a complete pleasure to work with from start to finish! If you are thinking of persuing your passion and pleasure on two wheels this is the shop for you. Thank you Larry and Orange County Honda Kawasaki for making my dreams come true! See you soon!!

Brought in my PCX150 for its 600 mi service. The phone estimate was $120 and to be finished by 12:00 noon. Steve and crew completed the service by 11:00am for under $120. 5 stars for Honesty, Efficiency, and Integrity. Orange County Honda is not my hometown dealer. My hometown dealer quoted $95 over the phone but when I arrived, the estimate changed to $250. Orange County Honda has earned my future business.

I have dealt with a lot of bike shops in my day. I am 54 years old and have been buying parts since I was twelve. The guys at Orange County Honda are just awesome to deal with. The service department is awesome, the parts department is just great and the sales staff is wonderful to deal with. This is the last of one of the good shops!!!

Amazing service, great prices on the service. Took my bike in for a scheduled maintenance that was quoted at 1,300 elsewhere, and got that plus a new front tire on my bike for under 900. Will always be going back to these guys, for new bikes and maintenance.

Bought a helmet from these Douches and a plastic visor button broke off a week later, I took it back for warranty but they gave me BS about not accepting Helmets for refunds. Never again.

Steve in the Service Department is AWESOME! Super responsive and happy to make time for you in a pinch. Found my new favorite place to service my Honda in OC.
