I rented the R1200RT for the weekend in August 2016 to see some sights while my wife was at a conference in Newport Beach. The website was very helpful and included the full conditions, rights, and responsibilities for review before making the reservation. The reservation was easy to make with an immediate confirmation. Pickup took just a few minutes and included a review of the controls and features of the bike and included a road construction update on part of my planned route. The bike was clean with only the most minor usage wear in a few places and performed as expected. I made it across the mountains 4 times on some great roads while touring the coast and three Spanish Missions for breaks. An added bonus with the BMW was with traffic. On a section of the I-5 I was going the speed limit and I was not being passed, odd for California. I noticed that there was a wall of cars a distance behind me. This went on for several miles until they finally started going by. I later saw a police bike and realized the rental was almost identical, BONUS. Check-in was quick and easy with the whole weekend a big success. Thanks Jim and OC Motorcycle.

Great website showing available bikes for rent. Called the shop to ask a few questions and they were very helpful. Rented a Harley Sportster for a day and really enjoyed it. Everything was great. I had one issue, which was minor but hopefully another first time renter can save some time by hearing about it here: I filled the tank up right before returning the bike but they told me it wasnt full enough because of the pump nozzles in California and how they turn off automatically when the fumes hit the cover. They told me I needed to take it back to the gas station and pull the nozzle back on the pump in order to get the tank filled all the way. So I had to leave and find another gas station and spend the time taking care of that. It wouldve been nice to have them go over that when I checked the bike out and it wouldve saved me some time. Not a big deal and I still think they deserve 5 stars because everything else was great and the staff was very friendly. If I rent again, itll be from these guys.

I am driving a Honda CB650f at home and I wanted to try something different during my stay in California with my wife. I googled for a place to rent motorcycles and found OC Motorcycle Rentals. I had only one day available and no time to book. I decided to go there and try to have a motorcycle directly for a few hours... Sincerely, I thought that there was no chance that it could work. But they did it! There was a lot of choice. Plenty of types and makes available. Prices were fair. I finally chose a Harley-Davidson road king. The bike was very clean with almost no default. My wife and I had a great time on this motorcycle. We highly recommend OC Motorcycle for their very professional attitude and their great motorcycles!

I really enjoyed my rental of a HD Softail the weekend of 10/26-10/28 2013! Great bike! I put around 200 miles on the bike and it performed flawlessly. Turn in process took 60 seconds. Check out took longer, but part of that was my not knowing which bike I wanted to rent. Only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars was because I waited over 50 minutes for a pick up from Orange County airport. Originally, I called prior to my flight to schedule a pick up prior to my arrival. They told me to call when I arrived. I called as soon as I landed and waited far too long for a shop that is only 5 miles from the airport. Had I known this in advance I would have simply taken a taxi..

I wanted to rent a bike on short notice to do a ride with some buddies so I gave these guys a shot. I hadnt rented a motorcycle before so I was a little worried that it would be a long process but I was surprised at how quick it was - online I could see that they have a nice selection of cool bikes so I just showed up, picked out a Harley Fat Boy (which was awesome) and was out of there in 20 minutes or so. The bike rode great, the process was easy, the price was right and the guys were friendly and professional - I was very impressed with OC Motorcycle Rentals and would definitley recommnend them!

This was the first time using EagleRider, and it couldnt have been a nicer experience. From calling in and reserving the bike, to the guys at the Costa Mesa shop, it was all about customer service. They had the bike I wanted, and made sure everything was in order. My wife and I enjoyed an overnight trip to Temecula (10/11/2014-10/12/2014), and couldnt be happier. Jim and crew at OC Motorcycle couldnt have been more friendly, helpful and accommodating. I was able to pick up the Ducati Multidtrata after hours, so I could hit the road early the next morning. They didnt have to offer this, but they did. The bike was in perfect shape, and I have to say, this bike is amazing! Unflappable on crappy roads, way more grip than Im able to use, and the power... wow, wow, wow. It took a couple hours to calibrate my brain to the speed. Thanks guys! Ill be back.

Rented an Ultra Classic and rode roundtrip from Newport Beach to San Diego, with a stop at La Jolla. Great ride, great bike. Jim at Eagleriders made the rental process quick and easy. The bike was a dream - with stereo, navigation and all the bells and whistles. I was comfortable in the saddle all day long...but I got spoiled. Back home in New York, my trusty Fatboys ride is no match for that big, beautiful bagger! Id definitely rent again from Eagleriders Newport Beach!

DO NOT rent from Eagle Rider, rent elsewhere. They will rent you a motorcycle with known defects, as they rented to me in July, 2013. When you break down, they strand you on the road and stick you with all the expenses for lodging and travel. They cowards hide behind their "fine print". This decision came from the owner of this location AND corporate. What a huge fail. Dont put your life at risk, go elsewhere.

Great experience. Very helpful staff. Rented a Harley Fat Boy, silver and matte black color scheme. I hadnt seen this combination of colors before, very cool look! Bike was newer and in excellent condition. Rented from Newport Beach/Costa Mesa location. Rode on Ortega Highway to Lake Elsinore, then to Dana Point (PCH) to Newport Beach. Overall, fantastic experience. I will rent from EagleRider again.

Great rental experience: 2 days riding moto nirvana. Flew into SNA and after a 5 minute cab ride I arrived at OC Motorcycle. The bike was in excellent condition, well maintained and ready for me when I arrived. Shop & office was clean and the crew at OCM was quick to suggest some favorite routes. Another big plus was that they held onto my suitcase...almost too easy. Thanks again and Ill be back.

My brother and I rented two bikes for a 3 day weekend from LA to San Fran. A Goldwing and a BMW RT. Very easy guys to deal with, made the process painless, and the bikes were great. Made for an enjoyable trip. I was skeptical about renting from a "big" company like Eagle Rider, I figured it would be a hassle and full of red tape, but it turned out just the opposite. I will rent from them again.
