Never buy a bike here. I bought a Dragster RR from this shop with cash. I paid for registration, title and plates initially and was told that the title would be mailed within 10 days. It has been 6 1/2 months and I still do not have a title, current registration or license plates. I can not ride the bike legally... And had to get a title investigator, lawyer and file a complaint with the state of California before the owner, Paul Kinsella, actually did anything about it. Worst experience ever. A man with these poor business ethics should not be allowed to do business. Its criminal. Edit: It has now been almost 7 months and I have given this business every opportunity to right the wrong that they did to me... However the owner constantly makes excuses to not solve the problem. I have had to file with the District Attorney, the California Department of Consumer Affairs and the California DMV. My title investigator emailed him directly to remedy the problem immediately, but he came up with another excuse why it wouldnt work. There is probably a very good reason this motorcycle shop is no longer in business. 0 stars.

I take my Aprilia here for all of my services. They have been very helpful each and every time I bring my bike in. Paul ensures that any issues that I bring my motorcycle in for are thoroughly checked out and fixed so he can get me back out and riding as soon as possible. Anything that I need is always handled by Tyler and Paul. They keep me well updated as well of any changes and progress as well. Even though it is a bit of a drive for me, I wouldnt take my motorcycle anywhere else. All of the staff there are friendly and the atmosphere is inviting. When you walk in it is not like a dealership but more of a relaxing gallery/lounge feel. No pressure to buy anything and they are always willing to answer any questions you have about the products. I would recommend anyone that goes out to the Newport Beach area to stop in and pay them a visit.

I bought my firsr bike (V7 Classic) with Massimo Bruzzi and I was very pleased with the service. Being my first bike he walked me through the the process, the only hold ups came from my end and he still tried to help me. I live 70 miles away from this location and will still definitely return to this location.

I purchased a new bike from this team the first of the year, 2015, and have enjoyed the experience. From negotiation to closing the deal to after sale service, Jordan and Tyler have been shown integrity and care.

Buddy got a bike here. We came by to check out exhausts. The guys were super nice and we chatted about my brand (not Italian) for a good while. Much nicer here than at the Duc dealer down he road
