What can I say, the best Moto Dealer I have ever worked it. Just picked up new 2016 Yamaha R1S - White/Red at a killer deal. (They have more coming in if you looking for a deal!) Story started over 2 months ago, I was shopping around for a new bike, but not getting the figures I had wanted to pay. My friend recommended me to Victor (thought he was a sales guy, but ended up to be the mgr). My friend just purchased a FZ07 that weekend and traded in a bike, said they offered excellent customer service. Victor gave me an excellent quote but I did not pull trigger then. Fast forwarded to last week, I shot him a quick ping that I was still looking and he hooked me up with a out of crate new R1S for an excellent deal. No hassles, no bargaining, just gave me the best OTD price.Super friendly, answered all my questions, requests.....and this is even prior to me even visiting the dealership or even having face to face contact. Most other dealers try to lure you in before quoting their best prices. Also, Jose in Service is excellent, I had them do some brake work on my CBR 600rr and he was very meticulous in understanding my needs and gave me a very good price. When I took delivery of my new R1 on Friday, he not only explained everything to me thoroughly, but saw that I bought a battery tender lead.....offered to stick it in at no charge....I didnt even have to ask....what service!

Ask for Victor and he will get you the best price without haggle. I called 2 other dealers and they quoted me much higher than what Victor said. These other 2 quotes were negotiable, in other words the dealers asked me: "If that doesnt work for you let me know what YOU are looking for and Ill talk to my manager." Buddy, if I wanted to play back and forth games with you Ill pick up a chessboard. Victor gave me a price almost exactly what I was aiming for and I was in and out in 30 mins, from first handshake to out the finance door (I did pay cash with no trade, so that makes it faster). Sean in finance was nice and did a follow up call to notify me the delivery was on its way... all around good experience. Dont like haggles? Come here!

Couldnt ask for a better experience. The sales person David was very helpful in answering many questions I had asked. Being new to the 2-wheel world of motorcycles I felt at ease, with no pressure to purchase. Like many of my purchases, I did my homework, and when it came down to price they were willing to match and work with me. The parts and service department is equally excellent. No issues there... With all that said, I am very satisfied with Lebard & Underwood. I have made two bike purchases and maybe one more in the future when it is time to move up to a bigger bike. I currently own both the Yamaha Zuma125 and TMAX500 Scooters. Thanks again!

This shop is by far the best experience Ive ever had at a dealership hands down. For the past month Ive gone to 10+ motorcycle dealerships in the I.E. and Orange County looking for an Fz6R and I found myself talking to Victor Kha who worked out an amazing price for me. Everyone was extremely friendly and the purchasing process was as fast as 15 mins. Even after I was done with my purchase Victor went the extra mile and helped out with loading my bike on my trailer. If anyone is even thinking about getting a motorcycle I say check this place out first.

So, I just bought an 09 yamaha raider from these guys. It came with a few aftermarket parts, really a bad ass bike. I could tell the previous owner had done most of the work himself. A little after a week i had a problem with the headlight. I came to them to for help. They said it might take them a while to to trace it out but they would take a look at it. About a half hour later they came saying it was a cracked connector and that it would be no charge. I bought it used with no warranty, i did not expect this. Integrity at its finest.

First time buyer, been doing lots of research, been to and talked to a lot of dealers. Its easy to see why they have such great reviews. I got a great vibe right away over the phone. Once there everyone was very friendly and helpful, not pushy at all. Negotiating was painless and I got a great deal on a used bike. They took the time to go over everything with me and even closed off the back parking lot so I could ride around to get conformable on the bike. So glad to have found this place, it was well worth the drive. Highly recommend.

Great place to go if your looking to get started. I called ahead and asked Adam if they had any 2015 cbr500r and they only had one left. Came down to check it out and spoke with Adam. Great customer service here, they WILL work with you dont hesitate to give them a chance. Got my new 2015 Cbr500r and all the gear I need such as a helmet, gloves, and a jacket. When your here request Adam super chill guy, very knowledgeable. If I could rate higher than 5 I would this place was a great experience.

Have done business with Le Bards for several years now and have had the best service I could ask for at Le Bards. Have also done business with other motorcycle facilities and have found that Le Bards people know about motorcycles. When you need answers to questions they have most of the answers unlike salesman in some of the other shops. First of all I want to thank Victor for helping me the moment i walked into the shop. I bought myself a new Yamaha Bolt and all I can really say about the bike is simply WOW, I never knew affording the bike I wanted could be so convenient and simple. Bottom line everybody at Moto United was super friendly and made me feel very welcomed and i couldnt ask for more. After checking out a lot of other dealers in SoCal, the staff at Moto United was the best to work with. When I came in, people were busy, but I was immediately greeted and helped out. Ive worked with the sales, parts, and service departments and each of them were friendly and didnt treat me like I was just another person. The guys here dont play games and they shoot you straight when buying a new bike and I was able to get the best deal. They are now my go-to shop.

Nice shop. I have always shopped here over the years for small stuff. But the recent expansion is really cool. Lots of inventory. I have not made the trek out to Chapparal since I discovered the new showroom they made. The prices on gear was actually right on. Nice to have a physical store to try on gear and there is no price penalty to speak of for buying local.
