I needed a valve clearance adjustment for my R6 and in the past I had good quality jobs done on my bikes this time the job and tech service was not the same quality that I used to get from them. I should have figured that out when I saw that They have new front staff and new tech guys working here. If you try to get your bike serviced here be aware of unneeded additional services they will try to add on to your bill. Also, their prices vs quality of their job performance are high. Most likely I will try other local places from now on. -------------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------------- Current Review: 5 Stars (03/05/2015) I took my Suzuki SV650s in for service (fork seals were leaking, it had to get done, called in for parts on Friday went in for service the next Friday, I left the bike in their shop early Friday and went to work (I work close by) then I got a phone call around 4 PM saying that the bike was ready for pick up. It was that easy. Great Tech work, great friendly attitude by the staff (Bryce and I forgot the other guys name I think is Robert) in the end I am very happy with the Technicians that work with your bike, the place looks clean, the service desk has now a new flat screen TV with some cool motorcycle footage, I am a happy camper, bring your bike to them if you are fed up with poor customer service, bad Technicians and dusty dirty shops. I have many choices where I can go take my bike for service (Berts Mega mall, and several motorcycle shops in the area I live in (Azusa - Glendora)) but I choose Whittier Fun Center for THE Techs AND the customer service. Keep up the good work, give Bryce a raise (LOL) and to all the Techs too. In the future I would like to see offers/coupons to allow me to come in more frequently for service or parts. Other dealers which Ive been to do it (like save $5 when you do oil + filter change, 10% off on tires, etc. If you are doing that let me know how you are doing it and I can sign up. Cheers -------------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------------- Prior Review: 5 Stars. I have been to Whittier Fun Center recently and looks like they have listened to feedback from other users and have new management in place. No longer you have the grouchy people answering the phone or the poor customer service in person we were used to have. Now you have outstanding customer service in person and over the phone, I have dealt primerely with Bryce and hes super easy to talk to and he is also very knowleadgeable. Looking forward to taking my motorcycle for service to them without the hesitation of poor customer service. I recommend this guys to anyone who owns a motorcycle, top of the line mechanical technicians and now outstanding front house management. -------------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------------- Prior Review: 4 Stars I have had an excellent quality experience in the service department, they have done their job right the first time, all the mechanics are Excellent. Appeal is very good, their shop is neat and clean, some bikes they are working on are neatly parked outside the entrance to their shop but the inside of both the show room and the shop are always super clean (I have been to other shops that are neglected and filthy). Customer service can be bad, if you are on the phone and you get one of the service or parts people who did not give their beauty enough sleep you notice it right away with some attitude and rudeness. In the end if you want Excellent technicians working on your bike you cant go wrong, just they could use being friendlier and in the parts department the young people working there are not helpful enough with parts, prices, or alternate suggestions.

this review is just for the service department. This is the exact email, with only personal information removed, i sent to the manager and his response: Aug 11 (13 days ago) to tgobrecht my name is rafael moreno & i live at !!!! #@#@##@# ave. in case you want to look up my address to verify that i was actually there and maybe my story is true. i purchased my tire with you and took it to your service department to have it replaced. about 2 weeks ago. when i returned for my bike the mechanic told me my fringe bearing was bad and it needed to be replaced and he even showed me the bearing. he quoted me 70 for two bearings and the manager stated it would be a total of 310 to replace the bearing, which im assuming included the initial 75 to mount the tire. This seemed pricey so i refused the service. The mechanic who worked on my bike was in the background and kept shouting that i should sign a waiver because it was dangerous and the manager went along with him trying to persuade me to purchase the part and service. i said no and we agreed that they would just mount the tire. 2 1/2 hours later he finished mounting the tire. today i took my tire off to replace the $16 bearing to find that the bearing was missing. i looked inside the casing thinking it could have fallen off when i was removing the tire and it didnt. it wasnt there. as you know the bearing wasnt going to explode and completely vanish so im guessing the mechanic removed it, installed the tire and sent me on my way. i am so F*#$ing mad i had to write to you before i decide what, if anything, i can and will do. i have taken several bikes there over the years and have never experienced anything like this. Peace Hi Rafael, I understand your frustration with your experience at our service department. The roller bearing in question has eight loose bearings that are held in place by a cage. When the bearing wears out the cage no longer keeps the rollers in place. Upon disassembly of your wheel all 16 rollers fell out and scattered across the floor. At this point the rollers were inspected and found to be broken and damaged. This is why we stressed how important it is to replace the bearings immediately. If we tried to reinstall the damaged rollers back into the bearing it would have potentially caused major damage to the hub. In order to properly torque the axle, the inner part of the bearing needed to be installed on the axle for proper spacing. This is why you found no rollers when you removed the wheel. If you have any questions feel free to call or email me. to which i responded Actually one ball was missing from the bearing and the bearing was still in place when the mechanic showed it to me. Im not a complete dunce when it comes to mechanics, just a little lazy *to which for my review i add* no one told me that they were going to remove the bearing and install the tire without the bearing. is this dangerous? you guys decided. i had never had a problem with them before, but after this, i will not do business with them again.

Came here with my wife to purchase a 2015 Can-Am F3-S. The process was very quick and easy once Ken knew what I wanted as he helped build my bike up the way I wanted it. Hes very straight forward which could rub people the wrong way but I love it because Im from the East Coast, so you know what youre going to get straight from the gate with him and I love that. Great guy who helped me through the proper steps for everything. Took me about a week to get my order which wasnt bad because my parts were shipped from Canada. I will say the only headache process was the anticipation of when my bike was going to be completed with the additional add-ons as I was super excited to ride. Jim in financing was quick and easy to work with as well and provided good conversation. The folks in the parts department guided me through helmet selections, gloves, jackets and anything additional I needed. I seen some of the reviews before I came in to this location and was extremely hesitant to make a purchase here however I really believe it all depends on the person. I was a guy who researched everything I wanted beforehand before I even made my way to the dealership so it left little room for an upset because it was either a yes you have what I want or a no thank you and good bye. Sometimes consumers go to a dealership completely clueless of what they want and thats not always the best decision. Definitely do your homework first because you have the right to educate yourself on what youre about to make a purchase on
