Ive been looking for an honest mechanic for my 2003 Harley-Davidson Road King Anniversary Edition, Motorcycle. Ive been to many since owning it. I didnt think there were any left, until i had my bike towed by AAA to have it returned to the same mechanic (not mentioning names) that I spent $2.189.00 to have them fix an oil leak only to get home and all the oil leaked on my garage floor. I was fumed, because this is my only ride to get back and fourth to work. The AAA driver told me about Huntington Beach Harley Davidson and how every time he drops off a bike, all the employees come out to help him off load the bikes and riders go out of there way to go there instead of somewhere closer to where they live. So I tried them out, the first guy I met was Chris, absolute cool, friendly and knowledgeable person, always had a smile. He used to be the head of the parts department which meant, "he new what parts I needed". My engine was making all kinds of noise and again had the same oil leak from the previous mechanic. He told me exactly what was needed, how long it would take and the approximate cost. I agreed and left my bike. The following day Bryan (the Service Manager) called me at 8:00am saying, "this is Chris day off and he would be taking over handling my bike, not to worry because Chris filled him in on everything that was going on with my bike, and he was on top of it and not to worry". Even tho I was talking to Bryan on the phone, he made me feel at ease, because he had a voice that you know had a smile attached, he was very helpful and when I explained, "I needed my bike to commute to work", he said, "he will keep me informed on when the parts arrive", and even took pictures of the before and after the install of parts. He called the next day saying, " all the parts arrived and will have the bike together that same day", (which was Saturday, two days before I had to work). When I came down to get my bike, Bryan greeted me as if weve known each other for years. Even Chris came out to greet me and shook my hand. The Mechanic, who worked on my bike was Kazoo, he drove my bike out from the back and when I saw and heard it, I couldnt believe how awesome it looked and sounded. They cleaned it up like it was off the showroom, My hats off to Kazoo, Bryan and Chris because I drove it home 30+ miles and it ran so clean and had more power and torque than ever before. Got home, looked it over, no oil leaks, I was so happy. Thank you guys at Huntington Beach Harley Davidson. Totally Awesome experience. Will return for future maintenance or repairs.

Great place for purchasing a motorcycle or servicing your motorcycle or if you need parts. Jacob, Memo and Nick are great people to work with when purchasing your motorcycle, they will help you get the right bike for your needs and likes. No pressure as most Harley stores. Parts has a great Parts Guy Tommy, he cares to get you the correct part the first time. He also listens very well to get you exactly what you want and need. No pressure whats so ever. Just ask Tommy and he will get you anything he can. Service department is awesome, ask for Chris. He is very knowledgeable about every Harley and services needed. Listens to every word you say and explains that to the techs in the back. I havent worked with such a great person ever in a service department including with my cars. Financing is just as good as the other departments. Ginger can get you everything to take care of your motorcycle for the future or current. Helps with getting you the lowest apr available to make you a happy customer. All in all I give Huntington Beach Harley 100% in all their departments.

My husband and I have visited too many dealerships with snooty and arrogant staff. This place was the complete opposite, and Sycle Sam (our sales guy/tour guide) was genuinely sweet and welcoming from the start. He was so patient for 9 HOURS with us browsing, test-riding, barraging him with questions and basically holding our hands through the sale process! He and his hospitable team were extremely professional and made sure we were hydrated the whole time. 9 hours... WHEW! I didnt come in that day thinking Id be coming home with a beautiful new FXDB, but they gave me lots of incentive and the decision was easy!.. Thanks to your crew. Youre all amazing.. Ricky, Gingerbread (fitting somehow?! lol), Johnnie, Kevin, and Lucas. The most special thanks to SAM, who made my experience so enjoyable! Anyone who is lucky enough to be assisted by you will not regret it. OH, and thanks also for helping out with pics and video of the new bike/bell ring! Love them.

HUNTINGTON BEACH HARLEY DAVIDSON I did a 12,500 plus mile trip around the USA on a 2014 Harley Ultra Limited (awesome bike). I shipped it back home to Australia but was keen to get the 15,000 miles service done in LA prior to shipping the bike home. The guys at Huntington HD were just fantastic! A huge thanks to Pat who heads up a very professional service team and he does it so well. Never been treated better at any dealer and would recommend them to anyone needing service, a new or used bike in LA. Thanks to Charlie for his attention to detail on my bike too. They were so thorough, provided great feedback and support. Way better than HD in Vegas where I had 5000 mile service done poorly and way more expensive. The rest of the team in the sales area were all so friendly and made you feel so very welcome too. Great dealership showing how it should be done.

On September 9th 2014 by boy friend went down on a fat bob due to a driver failing to yield on a left hand turn, which resulted in having his left leg amputated below the knee. After almost two years of recovery, and countless surgeries he decided it was time to get back on two wheels. We want to give a special thanks to the team at Harley Davidson Huntington Beach for making this happen. Brandin thank you for taking the time helping him find the right fit bike for him and sticking with us the whole time! Nick thank you for all the suggestions on modifications you made to make the bike that fit him well eventually look more like the bike he wants! Chrissie and Donnie thank you so much for making the financial part of the purchase easy and stress free! He is now happily riding his new 2016 heritage thanks to everyone on this amazing team!

Horrible! Ill never go back. Its like a car dealership they bombard you with salespeople and the service department is the worst of any Harley stealership Ive been to. I went into have an air filter changed and was told it would be a simple task. 45 minutes later after they had rolled my bike in and they hadnt started I was informed they were short staffed. Then I was told they were going to charge me $60. Its a shame because after the owners of Riverside HD bought the company it is just like a high volume car dealership. When I left I went by my usual repair shop in Fullerton and they had me out in 10 minutes and when I asked how much he said "dont worry about it". STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. You can find plenty of shops within 30 minutes of this RIP off place.
