I did wanted to like the store (the one in Fullerton). It is one of the closest ones to me, it has good selection of helmets and apparel. But: 1- Cant trust the pricing. The website and the stores have different pricing. 2- They DO NOT match prices. They say they do but out of 4 times I ask them to match prices and they have never EVER done it. 3- Cant trust their word. Called and they told me that the shop will match the tire prices (got the competition web site info), After the tire was mounted and I was about to pay they try to charge me their regular (in shop) price (which is $30 over their web price and $53 over the competition). When I told them they were suppose to price match, the manager came in and she told me that NO, that she told me they could not match the price and just lowered another $10. Plus tax I was out $46 more than what I could of gotten it over the web). Lesson learned. This is one of many, if it is not in writing DO NOT assume they will make it good. 4- The front desk help s***s. They care more about their meaningless conversations than helping customers. Also they are VERY slow. 5- Poor (in store) selection of bike parts and accessories. Why 2 stars instead of 1? The service guys are good, By themselves they are close to 5 stars. The only reason I still go there (for now). I do not buy anything there anymore, but I still get service there until I find a new shop. Also, I do not know who goes to the Long Beach Motorcycle shows but those guys are very nice (maybe the San Diego crew?).

Very slow to work on your bike. Dropped off my bike for a simple oil leak, I even pointed out what was leaking and what needed to be replaced. Was dropped off on 2/17, was told would possibly be ready by 2/21-2/22. Since I had not received a phone call, I called on 2/22, was told the mechanic was finishing a bike and would look at mine at the very end of the day. I waited patiently, 1 week later on 3/2, I called again, asking about my bike, was told, "we just found out it needs 2 gaskets, will be $180", Was told it would take 1 week for the parts to arrive, if it was approved. At this point, I let them know I would pick up my bike. Upon arriving at the store, was then told I would need to pay a diagnostic fee, when I refused was told I could not pick up my bike until the following day, when I spoke to the service manager, who at this point, 2 weeks in, had yet to call me. I then spoke to a lady that was working in the back office, explained the situation, she then released my bike to me. I am not normally a complainer, but all that was needed to take care of me, would have been a "phone call". If I did not call, I would not have received an update. My bike was at this shop from 2/17 until 3/2, with no work done at all, and not 1 phone call made to me during this time.

I have bought several items at this store. I usually go online to check prices and they are always less .... Gloves / Helmets / Boots have to be tried on before buying online and they dont mind if you do not buy them there ! I can give them an online price quote and it is always been beaten if possible . I recently had a tire installed on my bike rim I took to them .They only Charged me 25 BUCKS and when I asked about doing a valve adjustment they quoted me 350 dollars , this included all parts needed ( gaskets and shims ) ...I had an HJC helmet with a broken chin intake vent and they replaced it for FREE, even though I did not buy it there . AWESOME PEOPLE WORKING there , I always am happy to deal with them !

Wow my first time here and they have a very large selection of motorcycle gear. I wasnt expecting to see so much and didnt bring enough cash, but they have everything from cheap to high quality gear. Shoei, AVG, Alpinestar, Dainese, Scorpion, and so on! And they also service bikes here to and their prices seem reasonable. Staff was friendly. I think I was in the store for over an hour looking at all the gear. Oh and I forgot to mention that the prices here is very nice. The Alpinstar Celer gloves are cheaper here than Revzilla. Plus I get to try on all the gear before buying. Big plus for me as I will be coming back here more often and maybe foe services too.

My first experience here was great! I had a female employee (I forgot her name) help me out with getting the things I needed for my first oil change on a 2016 Yamaha R6 as I didnt know where everything was located. She was very patient and helpful through the whole process itself all while the store was jam packed with customers. The store has a huge selection of helmets, parts and accessories. I also need to mention that they also offer financing for those who are not looking to drop a grip load of cash on parts or accessories, and all you need is a valid ID, and a bank account! Ill definitely be there again soon to purchase a new helmet!

Definitely the best place in Orange or LA County to go for cheap high quality parts and the Service is the best! If you are going elsewhere, you could be doing a lot better in parts and Service. This is where Orange and LA County motorcycle riders go so they can afford gas during the week. Dont listen to the Cycle Gear spammers. They just have a cheesy Bilt brand that the store operators wont suggest, or retail goods AT retail prices (and No SERVICE.) Go to Motor Helmets, the total parts and SERVICE house in Orange and LA County that motorcycles riders dont mind riding to. And their tires and installation are the cheapest in the USA!

JACE and JASON were soooo friendly and helpful. My husband had drained a brand new battery that we had purchased a few weeks ago because he left his key in the ignition and instead of them taking advantage of the situation, JACE informed us that it was still under warranty and simply replaced it with a brand new one, saving us a lot of money. JASON was helpful with the headlights I needed and even offered a discount. Dont confuse them as their names are similar! And their efforts were equally helpful and friendly. I love this place and trust them completely for any future needs.

Ordered items on a Friday one to arrive by Tuesday. Didnt get any call or update so called Wednesday and was told one came in the other didnt but I could come to get a refund. Go back on the following Friday only to be told neither was in and is expected Monday. A week and a half to get a helmet shield with no proactive notification? Poor. If you want something they sell on site then go for it but dont order anything unless you want to wait around until they take their time to notify you.

No need to go anywhere else. They have the best prices bar NONE! Not sure what that other dude is talking about.. the service here is the best. Ask anyone up in front, and theyll help you out. If not, they wont bother you, and let you shop around alone w/o having some creepy salesperson hanging all over you. I ride on the canyons almost every other weekend, and get all my gear at Motorhelmets. Oh... and you can get your tire changed, and bike serviced here too.
