If I could give ZERO stars I would. Let me start off by saying that I have known Junior and his team for 5 YEARS and even sold my first bike to them which I then bought my first dream sport bike from them. I have recommended them to everyone like crazy and have continued to do so throughout the years. I purchased a custom road king earlier this year from Junior. He hyped up the bike with all the custom work it had done on the engine and what not. He knows I love speed. He told me that I had to take it easy on the bike though and had to keep up with proper bike maintenance. He informed me that the bike had been in and out of his shop before and his team had been working on it for a long time, but as long as I kept up with my maintenance I would be good. No biggy right ? WRONG. So there I went spending $13,000 which I put a small down payment and took out a loan. Not even 3 weeks after taking the bike home I took the bike to Juniors team to be looked at because I was hearing a clicking noise. They waved me away and told me everything was fine. Two days later I was stranded on the road. The bolts securing the rear hub (sprocket) had began coming off. I was already missing 3 and a 4th was loose!! Juniors team had failed to put blue lock tight on the bolts which They sware is a shop MUST of theirs! Ha yeah right. To make it even more awesome, they proceeded to attempt to charge me $700 because they needed a special pulley to get the hub off. After much anger and negation we talked him down to $300. I was reluctant to pay it but my father (against my will) paid for the balance because this bike was my only form of transportation. After leaving Juniors shop the bike has had a burnt out ignition box( stock ignition box on a high performance machine does NOT match), low and bad oil, ignition coil, bad starter, and replaced flywheel. Mind you I had only owned the bike for maybe a month and a half at this point and had been babying her. Tired of all the b***s*** excuses Juniors team was giving me I ended up selling that bike for 4 grand less than I paid for her. What a WASTE of money, energy, and time. I am HUGE on customer service and honestly was shocked when Junior handled this situation the way he did. Absolutely dissatisfied and seriously shocked at the poor customer service of this team. I will NEVER return to Lifestyle Cycles nor will I ever refer anyone else to them. It is how you handle the 1 out of every 10 customers that happen to have "that bike".

My experience with Lifestyle cycles: This shop is very nice with great selection at a normal price point. I was in the market for a soft ail and found one at this shop. Because I live in the San Diego area they agreed to ship the bike down to me. The bike was advertised as having a Harley factory security system installed. When I received the bike from the delivery truck, there was a key with a key fob zip tied to the brake lever. It soon became obvious that the bike had been shipped with the wrong key and did not have a security system installed at all. After this was verified by the local Harley dealership I contacted lifestyle cycles as to why it was advertised as having one when it did not and how this would be resolved. After several days I was told they would put in a security system that was not a Harley factory one and that this was my only option. Also I would be responsible for getting the bike back up to Anahiem for the install (2 hours each way). This seemed strange as I was not the one who sold the bike under false premise. The system installed works but again is not the Harley factory one that was advertised....it is a cheaper system. I would think that a local sale would go much better with this company, but if you do not live in the Anaheim local area, buyer beware.

Absolutely the best!! From the moment you walk through the door you feel like youre in good hands. Sabino was the best. No BS, wouldnt try to sell you something just for a sale. He really helped me from the beginning. I rode the bike home and when I got there I discovered an oil leak. I called and they said to bring it back and theyd make it right. Mike was great! He called me a couple of times and also was more than fair on the deal. Replaced all the gaskets as well as did a few other things and all they asked was for me to pay for the materials. It was a used bike that hadnt been ridden in quite some time so that was understandable. I would recommend ANYONE thats in the market for a Harley, Chopper, or cruiser to check them out before anywhere else. Junior and his entire staff is top notch!!

Four of us decided to do Route 66 on a couple of Harleys. We purchased a Road King and Fatboy before we left Australia from Lifestyle Cycles. We recieved exceptional service from T and Junior in organizing this including some modifications to the bikes like saddle bags, racks and forward controls. The bikes ran faultlessly for the 3000 mls. out to Monument Valley, Las Vegas, Grand Canyon etc. Junior arranged tempory Californial registration and we organized our own insurance through Fernet. On our return to Anaheim Junior delivered the bikes to our shipping agent with all the documents so they could be exported back to Australia. It was a fantastic four weeks made easy by the friendly and efficient service provided by the team at Lifestyle Cycles. Ian, Ada, John & Lorraine

Behind the friendly front is incompetence and lies. Too incompetent to take my cash in hand, lied to me and sold the bike to another customer. My experience: I went to buy a bike they had with cash in hand. The salesman didnt know how to start the bike and told me to come back when they could start it. I get a call the next day telling me it starts up, so I tell them Ill be coming in tomorrow. Tomorrow comes and I get there to find theyve sold the bike to somebody else. The lies flowed like water when they tried to explained what happened. Do not trust this dealership. I should have known when they offered 10% off and only removed $100 from the price.

I bought my first Harley from here 2 years ago, the only thing I have had to do to it is replace the belt in which was normal for a bike with 45,000 miles on it. Once I needed my handle bars adjusted and one of the mechanics just came out and handled it. My girlfriend has also taken her Sportster here for tires and the price was extremely reasonable and service was great.

We just attended Bike Night at Lifestyle Cycles. They put on a fantastic event! The shop is like a motorcycle museum and I have never experienced such a friendly and professional staff in a motorcycle shop!! Their America Ride was a first class event, too! These guys do it right!!
