I had to order visor, pivot plate, F/R sprocket, and chain from their vendor. First of all they ordered the wrong visor after me being at the store telling them it was wrong item and i had to drive home get my helmet and show them, so i waited almost 1 week to see my visor. Second after a whole week (6-8 days) I went in to check on the rest of the stuff i hadnt received to find out my stuff was never ordered! The reason I got upset was mostly because they kept lying to me saying my orders was placed when it never was so I didnt get to see my sprockets and chain for 2 weeks. I had spent alot of money ($300) just to get poor service. Very upset with my experience in ordering stuff through them!

Spent $215 on a Pit Bull front stand. They gave me the wrong pin, and I had to wait for replacement. The replacement was then mis-shipped from another store. (All this because 2 different employees misread the catalog notes!) To resolve this, I... had to drive 60 miles roundtrip to the HB store to fix their multiple mistakes.. with no offer to cover my added expense. As a national chain, they can do better.

This place is amazing. Their customer service is magnificent as well. Tony helped me and my wife out while we picked out our helmets and he was a great help. He explains anything you have a doubt about and will try to get you the best deals available. Definitely my number 1 place to go for motorcycle gear and inquiries.

Good selection of higher-end gear, but few bargains. Not a bad shop, but definitely aimed at the higher end of the market. Example: plenty of do-rags and domers, but not one single bandana. Your call on whether this is your tribe.

Chadwich and Scott are awesome. I had an issue with a Chatterbox and they fixed it. Best prices and customer service anywhere. No need for me to shop anywhere else.
