3/19/2016 After reading all of the reviews I approched Mission Motorsports with caution. Took my bike in for the 11k mile service. Oil change, fluids, chain tighten and clean, and new tires. They quoted me at an hour and a half. Four and a half hours later my bike is done, and they send me on my way. Upon initial inspection of my bike, it looked like absolute trash. Chain wasnt tightened or cleaned, they just doused it in too much lube, which sprayed all over the tire and wheel. Oil was dripping all over the side of the engine. My brake and clutch levers were not even close to where they were prior to the service. I asked for the service manager and showed him the terrible condition of my bike, he rolls his eyes at me and says, "Fine, let me get your keys and Ill have them clean the chain again." AGAIN!? You never did it the first time. I specifically requested chain wax, and of course it was covered in regular lube. He tried telling me, "Oh well since youre not dragging knee everywhere you go you didnt need the chain wax. Oh really!? Oil everywhere, lube on a dirty chain, lube sprayed all of the rear of my bike. The manager didnt want to give me my money back.... fine. So I stood at the entrance to the service department and told every person walking in the door to have their bike worked on to first look at the condition mine was in. The manager pulls me aside and tells me I cant be doing what Im doing. I told him to lick my ass and give me my money back. He didnt lick my ass, but I got my money back AFTER I had to make a scene. STAY AWAY FROM THESE SHADY MFERS p.s. Make sure to call service and ask them if they have found Suburban Delinquents brake reservoir cap yet

Typical Bait & Switch. Wont ever go here again. I made a deal with them via email and phone over a Can Am X3RS. They charged my credit card a deposit of $2,000 even thought the deposit was supposed to be $500. When I showed up to get the Can Am, they would not honor the deal they made me even though the sales manager Sam was holding an email in writing that they agreed to. Told me they made a mistake and sorry. They tried to negotiate a higher price. I wasnt comfortable. I was also supposed to receive a newly shipped vehicle. They then told me that one was sold and the one I would be getting was the one on the sales floor in which the suspension and wheel was bent/broken during shipping and they were waiting for parts to come in to repair it. I walked away. The salesman Scott called me the next day and apologized. Told me they would have the vehicle ready the next week when the parts arrived. I told him nothing we discussed was honored and this was a bait and switch. I also told him I didnt want the one sitting in the showroom floor with broken suspension, and that it was not what we had agreed on. He again apologized. At this point I was over it. I called and emailed them a few days later asking for my deposit back. They acted like they never got my calls or emails. Never got any response. Disputed on my credit card. Wont ever visit this place again and I wouldnt recommend them to anyone as they are dishonest, and dont honor their word. Should have looked at their negative reviews before I went here

I have taken my bike into the Service Department and have had horrible results. I have had a number of issues with them telling me that they balance my wheels and didn’t or I have experienced weights just fall off because they did not clean the wheel before sticking the weights onto the wheel. I left the bike with them for several weeks while they looked at a number of concerning issues and when I went to pick the bike up it was not only filthy dirty from sitting outside in the rain, but the bike would not start so they had to jump it, then I was told I should buy a battery as they jumping it in the drive. After getting home I was cleaning the bike and I found that my chrome had started pitting on the bike as a result of them leaving the bike outside in the rain. I had no idea my bike would be sitting outside in the rain for weeks as they were working on the bike. When I addressed this issue with the service manager Jody, I was told to go pound sand. He not only told me that it was Kawasaki’s fault because they produce some of the worst chrome around he also said that they have no control over the weather and how it will affect the chrome on my bike when left outside under their tarp. BEWARE. DO NOT TAKE YOUR BIKE THERE FOR SERVICE. I would buy a bike from them, but I will never take my bike back there for service.

I have had my ups and downs with this place. Their customer service has always been top notch, they have great tire deals, but their KTM servicing is a little sketchy. I have been going here for all my usual maintenance for my KTM, and for the most part its been great. However, the last time I visited to get my bike worked on it was completely unprofessional. I came in for my 5,000 mile service and have my bike checked out after it was knocked over in a parking lot. Everything seemed like it went smoothly but as I got home from the service I noticed my bike kept flashing "SERVICE INTERVAL NOT RESET", when I called them back to have it fixed I was told I would have to wait a week until the KTM technician would be available; for the most part that was fine, it was just a flashing light. Fast forward 2 weeks later after they fix the service interval issue, and while trying to install a tank bag I notice a BOLT IS MISSING from my air filter cover. It perplexes me how a bolt could be missing from inside the bike, and kind of terrifies me not knowing if there are other parts missing or improperly mounted. Now I have to go in again to look at which bolt missing so they can order another one and then go back to get the bolt installed. If you have a KTM I would look else where for servicing for peace of mind.

I bought a bike (a 2009 KLR650) from them in 2010 and they were great. Talked me into the Kawasaki Good Times Warranty. It has paid for itself 3 times over and is good till 2015!! I have read other reviews about their service department being not great but unfortunately everyone makes mistakes and people are quick to come online and blast a business. I have never had an issue with anyone, I treat them with respect and they give the same. They did screw up putting a spring on my shock and they made it right free of charge. The other 6 times I have been in they have delivered on time and at cost. They have very competitive prices and are always there on the phone to answer any questions. I hate to say it this way, but as far as a service facility goes, these guys are angels compared to the rest. I now live in Manhattan Beach and I tried to take my bike to Del Amo and they wanted double for a simple repair that I had almost completed on my own. Mission arent crooks but they do have to make a living. I will keep driving 40 miles one way for anything I need.
