Before going to this dealer I looked at places online and saw that they have pretty bad reviews and a lot of unhappy postings. Because of this I originally was not intending to check them out, but I decided to give it a shot anyways seeing as they had the bike I was interested in for a better price than could be found at any other dealers in the area. I went in prepared for terrible service and not planning to buy a bike and be a difficult customer because of the reviews. When I was met by the alleged Dave salesman with the bad rap I knew it was going to be interesting. I was however surprised that it went much better than expected. The customer service was good and professional. I was able to look at many bikes and compare without being rushed. I was offered to have any of them fired up, with a warning that after sitting for a long time sometimes they need a jump. I was not pressured in any way shape or form. Not to mention that I finished over half an hour after their closing time and it seemed like I was in more of a hurry to get out of there than the staff. When it was delivered they spent more time making sure the bike was perfect and fired it up again, and made sure I was aware of everything. They even were getting in the truck when I had to stop them because I hadnt given them the money for delivery yet. I have put about 3000 miles on my bike so far without a single problem. I even had it looked at by an independent shop several cities over who said there wasnt a single thing wrong. So for all those bad reviews, you either had some poor luck or you just showed up on the wrong day because I had no problem what so ever.

I come here for all of my Honda CTX700 service needs. My bike was serviced here recently for engine oil/filter, and clutch oil filter replacement. Staff is friendly, but my recent service experience was not a pleasant one! After the above mentioned service, I rode for about 2 miles, then all of a sudden the bike started to smoke from under and the rear wheel skidded during a turn. I almost lost control of the bike in traffic. Quickly pulled into a gas station to realize that the engine oil was leaking in big puddles and the rear tire was completely covered with oil. After a phone call to service, the bike was hauled back to the shop. The explanation I got from the Service Manager John the next day was: the oil filter that was installed in my bike had 2 O rubber external rings instead of one, so the filter didnt seat properly. 2 O rubber external rings on the filter fiasco shouldve been obvious to a trained eye, but it went unnoticed. My 2 star rating is only for the current visit. **************** Update 6/23/16******* Received a follow up call to my online review from Service Manager John Woods. He seemed concerned about me being unhappy with my last visit. Mistakes happen sometimes, and learning from your mistakes is the right way to go. I will definitely go back to them for my future service needs, because the staff at this dealership has the right attitude when it comes to Customer Service. I upgraded my rating from 2 star to 4 star.

I was recently licensed and Ive been searching for the last month trying to find the perfect bike. I went to six different motorcycle dealers and spent hours checking out Craigslist postings. I found one on Craigslist that I really I really liked, it was posted by Mountain Motorsports. I sent an email and was quickly called by Bobby. Bobby asked a lot of questions about what I was looking for in a bike, what kind of traveling i would be doing on the bike and then gave me some suggestions on what type of bike I should get and confirmed the one I was looking at would be a good first bike for me. Bobby took my information and called back a day later saying he had a bike that i would like. Gave me a good quote on the price and said come on down we might be able to save you a few hundred more. His final price beat the other dealers quote by about 700 dollars. With no stress and no high pressure. Great bike and great price. After the sale the customer service continued to be great. They did the bike check, answered my questions, and explained everything very throughly. Gave me a few tips on bike riding. This is a Great place will definitely be my first choice next time I need a bike. New owner Honda ctx700d

Liars! Liars! Liars! I purchased a used Yamaha V Star from these guys. When getting the bike they pushed really hard on the warranty that I did not want. After leaving to "go talk to the boss" the sales guys came back saying that the bank would not finance the bike unless I had a warranty that would put the financed amount up to where the bank needed it to be. When I checked with the bank (months later) they told me that they never said that. First Lie. This warranty was an extra $700. Then the sales guy said that the bike needed an inspection which cost $440 "all bike have to get them" he said. When I got home the back brake did not work! And the oil was half empty! Second Lie. I will have to say that they did repair the back brake free. But still i had to drive all the way back there. I think their $440 "inspection" should have noticed this, oh wait, THERE WAS NO INSPECTION!. The bike was in good condition no problems. I Know that only dissatisfied persons take the time to write reviews so you may still go there anyway. So I give this advice to future buyers have your guard up and dont believe their lies.

John, who seems to be the Service Manager, was great. I thought my bike might need several services costing $eriou$ money. After mounting a new front tire I brought in (at a much better price than some other shops quoted me in the area) they test drove the bike. Long story short John gave me quotes on the other services I asked about but basically explained why I didnt need to $pend all that money because the bike really didnt need it. If that isnt honest I dont know what is.John, who seems to be the service manager, was great. I thought my bike might need several services costing $eriou$ money. Almost purchased a bike, i was ready to make a deal. But the fact that i could not test ride the bike (2014 yamaha bolt) made me un easy in a big way. Just seemed shady how you would try and sell a motorcycle to someone without a demo ride. Your insured right?...at least your supposed to be. Anyways then what got me was the down payment situation... first wanting 2200 saying the finance company added for it. Once i backed out on the deal bobby came at me with....oh wait we can do it for 2000...i dont know about you but how can a dealership adjust a down payment? Again, shady, shady, shady.... stay clear from this place. Also go online and look at the inventory... mileage didnt match up from the internet site to the actual bike. If anything do your research, use kelly blue book and dont get fooled...better ti pay cash and buy private. Thats what i did.
