GUS IS A COWARD, TERRICK & RON ARE USELESS. I came into this dealer last year with my daughter to pick up parts for a rebuild on my 1999 CBR600 F4. Spoke with some guy with a thick accent named Terrick. He was really checking out my daughter and she let me know covertly that she was feeling uncomfortable about it. I watched as Terrick "nodded & winked" at someone over my shoulder. He didnt know that I could see this guy in the reflection of my mirrored shield on my helmet. I quickly turned around and noticed this guy had a CMS polo shirt on as well. He quickly jump in front of us to speak with Terrick, and I mean right between the parts counter and us. I said "excuse me, but I was here first". He told us that he worked in the sales department and said his name was Ron, trying to deflect my apparent anger over his eyes undressing my daughter. She may have been 17 but she could have been 15 and they wouldnt have seemed to care. Now I was upset and decided to ask who the owner was. They pointed out that he was not in today. Then, within a few seconds, a taller man came up and walked behind the parts counter, introducing himself as Gus, "the owner" to some tech guy from Suzuki. Ron and Terrick quickly went up to Gus before I could get his attention, whisking him to the back with the Suzuki rep. I waited there patiently for about 20 minutes as I did not want to let these guys get away with oogeling over my pride and joy. They must have went through some side door as they never came back out . . . what COWARDS ! ! ! I left and did my business somewhere else. Too bad that I have to drive many miles out of my way because they could not stand up and face the music. A simple apology would have probably done just fine by me. They chose the cowards way out so I quietly chose the gentlemans way out, not making a scene in front of others. Maybe they will read this and offer some sort of explanation as I feel it is due to me.

I took my motorcycle In for a 4,000 mile maintenance and after spending $515, I was called a crybaby by my mechanic..I admit I called a few times to ask if my motorcycle would be done and was told they were too busy to even look at it. It wasnt til I offer to have the maintenance reduced to an oil change that I was told that the job would be finished... I use my bike everyday for work and without my motorcycle I cant get paid. Ill never take it there again..Im sure there are other service departments that would love to take my money. If you want the absolute worst customer service then this is the place for you. After I arrived home from the dealership I checked my oil level and found that my motorcycle oil level was seriously over filled. Im counting down the days til this dealership files for chapter 11.

Found an Icon leather jacket on sale. It said 40%. They had had a price of $380 drawn on it with a marker. You could see the original tag was half torn off and original price was marked over but still visible. That price said $251. I looked the jacket up online and low and behold most stores had it for $249. I asked and out it and pointed out the original tag price. They stated the tag was a misprint. I dont know about everyone elses experiences but that is horrible business ethics. I am just giving everyone a warning. This is one of those places that marks their prices up, then gives it a discount and calls it a sale. I would have given it no stars not possible and the young salesman was friendly and helpful, so that deserves a little respect.

Mixed Review; Fred in Sales was super cool and to the point. We went back and forth and agreed on a price for a Yamaha EX and a Zieman double capacity trailer. I felt the trailer should not have been released to me needing new box brackets and some rust on the axle, but Miguel and (Justin I believe) in the warehouse helped make that right. I was unahppy with the financing % yamaha gave me (not CMS fault at all) but was slightly annoyed having Ron explain to me over and over how great of a deal I got, almost trying to guilt me or something. Overall not a bad experience, but not perfect. Given the straightforwardness of Fred in Sales, I will most likely buy another waverunner from him at some point.

The level of service was very good. I knew what I wanted and they were willing to hold the motorcycle for a week until I could make a firm commitment and return to complete the sale. Sales person was very informative and made the experience nice. The only negative is it has been over 9 weeks since the sale and I still have not received the DMV registration. I have called Corona Motorsports a few times to check the status as I was told it should take 4-6 weeks. They have not followed up with me after promising to do so. I will have to call them yet another time to check the status as Im concerned something has happened with the registration. Thank you!

Corona Motorsports redeemed itself on this visit. Prior to this I had determined I would never set foot in their store again because of the poor service. I decided to give them one more chance and was pleasantly surprised by the service I received. As a result I actually purchased my bike from them. I will say that I have had no further contact from them like maybe a follow up call to see if I am happy with my purchase. Maybe I am spoiled by my car dealer who does that and sends me maintenance reminders. This would be a good thing for CMS to do also.

Beware of fraud at this shop. I just recently took my bike in for a 600 mile service. They charged me $205.66 for the work but didnt do it. I discovered it by checking my oil filter that I had marked with paint. Went back and confronted the manager with my findings and he wasnt very surprised about it. I had to leave my bike again for another 7 hours. I picked it up with a short apology and nothing else. They even scratched it to boot. This shop sucks, and Ill never bring my business there again.

What can I say?Ive bought 4 motorcycles from Corona Motorsports over the past 20 years along with plenty of accessories!I have also used their service department for some stuff! Both the sales dept. and the Service dept. have always handled themselves in a Professional manner and they always seem to have what Im needing at a reasonable price or they will order whats needed! The service seems friendly enough and I would recommend doing business at Corona Motorsports!

The parts department was very helpful, making sure I had the right parts for 84 quad. Sales department was very kind, spent time with my young son who had lots of questions. Due to a injury from the military at this time unable to buy a new dirt bike for myself. My son was trying to find out what he could buy for me. The sales guys really had really took their time. When I finally get back to work and caught backup on bills. I will be in for a purchase.
