The management at this place is crooked. I brought my bike in on a Saturday because it had an oil leak. They checked the bike and found out what the problem was and they ordered a part. The part was 20 bucks and they told me it would take them a hour to fix the leak so the final price should have been about 90 dollars. They also said it would take a week for them to get the part, so the following Saturday they would be able to fix it. So a few days go by and my bike starts to leak radiator fluid as well. I take the bike back to them and ask if they would look at this new leak as well. This time I leave the bike with them but TELL THEM NOT TO DO ANY EXTRA WORK on the radiator WITHOUT CALLING ME. They tell me that they will check the leak and call me later that day or the next. The next day I call them to find out whats wrong with the radiator and they tell me they have not found out yet but that they will check it in a few hours and call me back. This game goes on for the next 7 days where I call them to ask whats wrong and they tell me that they will check it and then dont. So finally the following Wednesday, 4 days after they told me they would have it fixed, I call them and they tell me the bike is done. I ask how much it cost and he tells me the final cost is 200 dollars, THATS 110 DOLLARS MORE THEN THEY TOLD ME IT WOULD COST. So after a week of shining me on they charge me double what they estimated the cost would be and they never called me to approve the new charges. They also never called to let me know what was wrong with my radiator even though I had been calling them everyday for a week trying to find out what was wrong. I WILL NEVER GO BACK to this place and its sad because I used to think they did great work.IF YOU WANT TO DEAL WITH PEOPLE THAT ARE STRAIGHT FORWARD AND WONT RIP YOU OFF, FIND A DIFFERENT REPAIR SHOP.

Everyone is entitled to their own opinion!! I love this place they are so honest and friendly. I would recommend them to any one that needs an honest opinion and affordable one stop shop. The cost to repair your bike or buy a part for your bike is way cheaper than most places I have been to. These guys are cheaper and more trustworthy than service at Malcolm Smith. Their service is great, they will tell you if the bike doesnt need a service that has been requested, but will do the service if you still want it. The only down side is they have a real small place set behind a store front, and dont have an air conditioned, seated waiting area. So plan on leaving the bike for service.

Very honest dudes here, all of them. Brian is the owner & Mike seems like his go to mechanic. They fixed my carbs after another mechanic screwed that up, installed my handlebars, and made sure everything was in a safe working condition. They always seem to go very high on the price estimate, but Ive never paid close to what they quoted me once my bike is finished. I highly recommend no pork

Since I have owned many Harleys and now religiously ride large V-Twin reliable metric cruisers (Yamaha Star Brand) this place is a heaven sent. Great bunch of professional folks that are honest and forthright. This shop has the best prices in town or southern California for that matter. Weather your lookin for a bike to which i purchased two from them or oem, custom parts or just want some typeof service. See these guys you wont b disapponted!
