I dont know how the sales department is but the Service department is absolutely horrible. I took my bike, ZX-10R, there for the 10,000 service and also to have another pair of eyes on my bike. I have always done my own service. So I thought it would be good to have another mechanic work on my bike for once. A huge mistake. They charged me an outrages price for the service. I provided my own fluids and the price was still more than anyone has ever heard of. Then, when I went to pick up my bike, the brake lever went all the way down to the bar. I ask the mechanic did he bleed the brakes after the fluid change. He straight lied to me and said he did. If he had bleed the brakes. The lever wouldnt go down to the bar. I made him bleed it right there and it was a huge difference. Of course, when I got home I finished the job correctly. After a few months, I noticed oil under my bike in the garage. So apparently when they changed the spark plugs, they messed something else up. Now I have to tear apart my bike and figure out what is leaking. Do not use their service!!!! I wont even think of taking it back for them to fix it. They would probably make it worse.

I never purchased a motorcycle here or had anything serviced but the service department is seriously way over priced. I just moved to Fontana recently and needed tires for my motorcycle (2015 Yamaha R1). The service guy quoted me $475 for Dunlop Q3s (120/70-17 front, 190/55-17 rear) installed. Il always pay less then $300 for those tires installed and balanced at other dealers (Wheels in motion). I cant even see how they came up with that price. I decided to buy my tires online and install them myself but I still needed to get then balanced, so I decided I want to give them another chance since they are near by. I brought them the wheels with the tires already mounted and asked for just a balance. They quoted me $40 just to balance them. I called Rancho Cucamonga Yamaha and did it for half the price. This place is a rip off and I wouldnt recommend any for service here. I do a lot a track days and buy a lot of tires and they will never get my business.

Financing here was a breeze, Nick is the go-to guy for that. Very helpful, answered all my questions and returned my calls regarding my purchase of my 2014 Kawasaki Ninja ZX6R in a timely manner. Servicing, however, is a different story. My bike was built there and within the 4 months Ive had it Ive dealt with a variety of things from my headlights adjusted too high (the service manager didnt even know adjusted knobs existed), over-tightened bolts, my front brake lever flying off, rear brake fluid had "disappeared" and a leaking fork seal; all of which they washed their hands of and dishonored all types of warranty work. Limited warranty is good for 1 year or up to 18k miles, Ive ridden 7k miles and have had it less than half the time. My emails arent being replied to, Im not getting return calls.... by all means, buy a bike here. However, have it serviced elsewhere.

Had a great experience purchasing my new 2015 Yamaha FX Cruiser HO from Nick Paulsen yesterday. It was worth my drive from South Orange County to their Fontana store. Everything happened quickly from negotiations on the price to delivery. I will be purchasing all my future motorsport toys (motorcycles, quads, & side-by-sides) from Nick at John Burr. I also like how personable everyone was that I was in contact there and that it not some high overhead mega-store that served cafe lattes and a clothing boutique store. Just a good old fashioned serious motorsports store.

Amazing service! From sales to actual service on my 2016 Ninja 650, these guys are top notch! No surprise I see California Highway Patrol motorcycles there for routine service. Hank, the Sales Manager got me on a bike when four other bike shops in the Inland Empire turned me down. Not only that, hes called after the sale just to see how I was doing. I recommend anyone interested in a motorsport purchase to go see them. Ash

I bought my 2016 yahama R6 form John burr it was my first bike owning and buying. They made the buying process super easyand there very welcoming lets you sit on top of bike have a feel for what best for you and others they get all picky about stuff that make the experience up tight straight off and John burr you fell relax and confident when coming in to buy your first or many bikes

Everyone is friendly and so far everyone I have talked to there owns a bike. Gave me a good deal on my bike, and one of them even delivered it to my house on his personal time. Now everytime I go I get 15% discount on accessories. I highly recommend coming here.

Greg was awesome! Got our Waverunner oil and filter change done in hours... not days!! Super reasonable too. They were a bit of a drive but definitely worth having our ski covered at home and not waiting a week or so to get it back, as it has been elsewhere.

Been a bike owner before. Sold em. Raised a family. Now back again. Bought 3 back to back from Victor. Easier than buying a car. Everyone there is so nice. They always call you by first name. Make you feel like family. I highly recommend them.

Sales dept is great. Theyll tell you anything for a sale. Service department is horrible. If you need work done on your side x side, plan on waiting weeks before they even look at it. I wish I had given my money to someone else.
