After my bike was in shop for 2 weeks I went to pick it up and was very unsatisfied. 1)The trail vapor they installed incorrectly and counts hours while the bike is off, and the neutral and turn indicator lights on the trail vapor dont work. 2)The turn indicators installed on the rear, the wires were ran under the rear fender so when the suspension compresses the tire will come in contact with the wiring. 3)They broke my coolant reservoir and the mechanic tried to claim I brought the bike in this way. 4)The led light was installed upside down and the machanic had called me with a rude attitude when attempting the install to inform me he was going to cut off my steering lock because of a clearance issue! Wtf, no your not! 5)They mounted the wrong tires on the bike. 6)After looking at the work order I found they charged me for labor twice for the same job. 7) I came down to pickup my bike the next day and it had black greasy hand prints all over it. This isnt major but only a reflection of their lack of attention to detail and pride in their work. I highly recommend to avoid this place except if you absolutely need a simple tire change. The owner Anthony has customer service skills but in my opinion needs to hire a new mechanic.
