Having a hard time getting ahold of them. There quality control needs some work and they didnt have all my stuff I ordered. I also had to go through my buggy and fix lots of thing I feal could have been fixed if thy looked it over better.. Missing parts and broakn muffler and missing bolts and seatbelt installed backwards. To mention a few. Thay have been giving me the runaround on the spair tire I ordered. That said they would deliver it to me but every time I call I get a different ancer wy they cant. So I have to drive 1hour back to get it.

Within one day of receiving my scooter it wouldnt start due to manufacture errors according to the mechanic. They would not repair it so I had to pay for it all myself. I took a loan out on the scooter so once I payed it off the finance company said that they would have the title for me. They never answer there phones so I started calling once a day.There voicemail is always full. Its been 3 weeks and still havent received the title.

Id give lower if I could. So, three things: Sent an email to them, made two phone calls, and made and order for a df200sst. For the last three weeks, they have not responded to the email, have not picked up AT all on the phone, and have not called to confirm my order(Youd think theyd want the money, since payment is done over the phone). So... zero communication/ customer service. Imagine what theyd AFTER I got the product. . .

Been waiting over 6 months for the remaining accessory to my buggy purchase from these guys. Now cant get in touch with the company or Tom. If Tom or Norco or BMS ever get it to me, I may remove this review, but so far the experience has been terrible. Successful business requires professionalism.
