As an ex-employee of this place Im here to expose this business for everyone to be aware of. But if youre looking for bad business and overpriced crap look no further, 909 powersports is the place for you! Let me start with the biggest issue this place has. RON, the so called owner of 909. You cant miss him. Hes the guy that usually looks real dirty, hes dark skinned, most of the time has a stupid hat on, and plays it quiet when theirs anyone in the shop floor incase theirs an issue no one would suspect hes the owner. If theirs one thing hes great at is screwing people over, not answering or returning your calls, and giving you run around stories. Especially if youre trying to buy a trailer!!!! I lost count of how many times hes promised customers trailers in less than a weeks time just to make a sale, and have the customer wait about a month or 3!!! And he makes his employees lie for him to tell them the trailers are almost done, yet havent even been started. And its not that the employees want to lie, he just refuses to take responsibility for bad business so they have no other option than to tell the customer his lies. His favorite excuse is telling customers the welder broke, or they are an employee short so they are backed up. Its all BS, he rushes all the trailers to get done. Dont let the price fool you, they are cheap because they are cheap quality. Dont buy trailers from this place!!! He doesnt even have his own manufacturing license. He uses a license number from a guy he did bad business with too where he use to get trailers. The place is called Mega Trailers. He passes the trailers he has off as if he has his own license. And keeps them named as Mega Trailers. Mega Trailers is no part of 909 so i wouldnt doubt he will blame that guy for anything that goes bad. I cant even remember how many times customers have had issues registering them at the dmv because vins arent correct. He hasnt even told the guy hes using his license to manufactur trailers, because the guy himself owes Ron money. This guy is nothing but BAD BUSINESS. FYI, the trailers are cheap! He has many customers call in complaining that welds cracked, wiring doesnt work, just unhappy about their purchase in general. Oh, and him charging you $200 for registration is just dumb. He sends his employees to the dmv to register stuff he sells to customers for him. Why? Because they have told him multiple times at the DMV that hes not allowed to be doing that so he sends his employees because they recognize him. So if you paid for him to register anything for you, be aware youll probably be waiting about a month or 2 for him to even get it done. This guy has bought stolen bikes, buys crashed bikes as well and sells them to you avoiding telling you it was previously crashed. He will low ball his way into buying bikes and doubling the price the second they are in the store. Does it with everything in there. Buys a bike for $3000, washes it, maybe changes the grips and levers for cheap China ones, and puts it for sale for $7000 and gives you a "deal" at $6800 cash. "Waives taxes and registration"lol such a joke! He never goes lower than $200 lol Hes not even a legit business he has the titles that he never registers to himself just to pass off to the next person he shouldnt be taxing to begin with! This place is money hungry. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all cost. All his parts he doubles in price, all the accessories he doubles in price. If its an ordered part he will double the price and charge shipping, even tho he gets it shipped free. Oh and service and repair wise. Most of the time they send it out to other places because he doesnt trust his mechanics enough to do the work. Lol he will send it out and charge you extra on the bill so he gets something out of it. Always trying to get something out of everyone and doing bad business. Bad business comes around. DONT GO TO THIS PLACE. I feel bad for the people I had to sell stuff to. If I knew then what I know now, I would of exposed this place along time ago.

Following the words of my ex-coworker Armando Ortiz we both found this to be a scam we worked for. The biggest problem is Ron, his short man syndrome and constant stutter makes him angry and want to overcharge you. Ron hired me, an 18 year old, to assemble go-karts, I was a customer who bought a trailer off him and seen his ad for hiring, I asked and within 2 weeks I was hired. Maggie, the finance girl at the time, put a good word in for me yet Ron never even knew me. He trusted that I knew enough to assemble go karts that your kids are now riding. Thankfully, I was brought up turning wrenches so I wouldnt worry too much. My point is he hires ANYONE as long as it looks like you can do the job. He moved me up to the front shop for customer service and service advisory even though I had no prior knowledge. He became angry with every little mistake, yet no training was involved for him to get mad at. Maggie, Armando, and I both found this place to be a scam and he began cutting our hours because he couldnt find the money to pay his random employees. He began cutting my checks after a motorcycle drop and he tried charging his own employee CUSTOMER CHARGES. I argued and brought the 400+ charge down to about 280. There were many moments I spoke with angry customers and told them the truth of this place. This is where the down fall comes. I deliberately let customers know they shouldnt be coming here and recommended places like John Burr, Chapperal, and Inland ATV. Ron noticed and became angry yet I didnt care. So this is what has to happen, this man needs to be exposed for his crimes. IRS called many times looking for him, Police came to the shop to recover a stolen bike that he bought, and he is a compulsive liar. Exposition is the only way to let customers know this is a bad place. For him to lose 5 employees in the 8 months Ive known about the place, that says something. His employees are more mature than him to see that he is crooked and must get out. Oh, and Ron when you read this and wonder which employees, Terry, Maggie, Me (Sergio), Armando, and Daniel. So theres your proof. Have fun with the $280 you stole from me, maybe pay some child support yeah?

I spent some time researching the best prices and quality of trailers prior to my purchase. These guys had the best price and whats more they had a warranty that other dealers didnt. The first sales person I spoke to Ron seemed pretty knowledgeable but anything he wasnt quite sure if he was quick to check with his manager Albert about. After I had already made my purchase the mechanic Mike helped me make connections to the trailer without any charge. I had already paid and was driving out the door when Mike noticed one light bulb wasnt working. Rather than tell me that I would have to come back or make it a hassle he immediately told me about the problem, fixed it and then on top of that refused to take a tip I wanted to give him. Its rare you find that kind of integrity today. Ive been running a business for 23 years and I only wish my employees were that responsive to my customers. I drove all the way from Malibu to pick up this trailer and I know if i decide to pick up a motorcycle or go kart I will happily drive back here again. After handling their business the way they did Im sure my warranty is good as gold
