This review is for the bike sales department. Tried to pull the typical bait and switch on me and my riding buddy, really blatant... $15K used bike became a $24K OTD price on my friend with an 800+ credit rating and a $5K down payment. About a month before that I went it with $12K cash to deal on a used (2003) Springer... once the guy found out I was interested it became a consignment and when he "called the owner" the price went up from $12.9K to $14K because he realized he had put a lot into it... Yeah ok. I found out the "owner" was now the owner of the dealership... Saleman couldnt keep his lies straight to a point where it was comical. I have the e-mails to back this up, and Ill be happy to show you the much nicer Springer I bought elsewhere. Ill also show you my buddys new old stock 2015 Limited he ended up buying in Victorville for literally $2K more than the 2014 used bike with 30K miles on it the Quaid tried to screw him on. Bottom line, if you are an informed buyer with good credit and a down payment, they dont want you. Theyre looking to prey on the less qualified and make a ton of cash on the back end. Thats fine, if thats the way they want to do biz and thats their game then oh well... but you should know this. We literally spent $40K elsewhere within a week or two of being there. Im honestly glad a lot of people have had better experiences than I at Quaid, but Im going to tell it like it is from my experience. Ride safe everyone. The girls in the motorclothes are great looking and really helpful. A+ for them. I cant comment on parts or service as I havent used them for that. HONORABLE. That is not a word to describe most dealerships. But it DOES describe QUAID. To a T. First and foremost, this is the ONLY dealership that would work a deal 100% by phone and 100% without getting blown around by a sales person. ." That, right there, is a five star review in itself. But get this... We made our phone deal and I said "Send it in writing" they said "no, you can trust us." I got to the dealership only to find an error (nobodys fault, one of those things) but that was in my favor SUBSTANTIALLY. I drove several hours round trip to get there and was super bummed. Guess what. They needed a day to sort out what went wrong, but after a da THEY called me and THEY honored that handshake deal when they COULD have backed out. IF you want a hassle-free experience and a dealership that is honest and good for their word, work with Quaid. Ask for Chandler, who kept a cool head and a steady hand throughout the deal. Kudos to Eric and his team for being an example all of us should live by. Chandler believes in Karma, so give Chandler some ten-fold return and give him a call at QUAID! (I am going to "give back" to this dealer buy buying a bunch of accessories and my next bike there, and we worked it to return a little of their Karma right away.) Kate

What an amazing dealership to work with. I had called 2 weeks in advance to rent a motorcycle and one of the staff members told me to come in when we get into town. Originally, we walked in and we were told that no bikes were available and they could not help us. As we were walking out, David S. was speaking with my dad when I made my disappointment verbal and he said he would fix it and to wait just a few moments. Somehow he found a bike that was available and was able to rent it to us for the day. It was amazing. This was a special experience because my dad was taking my daughter out on her first motorcycle ride and my boyfriend and I were able to rent a bike and go with them. Thank you for making our family trip so amazing and memorable! This experience was priceless! My boyfriend and I live in Washington but we will be making the trip back to California to purchase our next motorcycle from Quaid Harley and from the amazing salesman (who was filling in for rentals that day!) David!

Every time I come in to Quaid, rather its for a service on my sportster, ordering custom parts, looking for some new gear or even looking at the bikes in inventory to get some ideas for my bike. I always get greeted and made felt like I was truly wanted there as if I was a part of the Quaid family. Im never pressured into buying anything and Im always respected. My bike may be the first harley Ive ever purchased from Quaid but I can promise you it wont be the lasEvery time I come in to Quaid, rather its for a service on my sportster, ordering custom parts, looking for some new gear or even looking at the bikes in inventory to get some ideas for my bike. I always get greeted and made felt like I was truly wanted their as if I was a part of the Quaid family. Im never pressured into buying anything and Im always respected. My bike may be the first harley Ive ever purchased from Quaid but I can promise you it wont be the last.

“The actual buying of the new bike was pretty seemless, using the internet options and working with Kristin and Jeramiah was super easy. I was able to do the credit app on line, and then it was just a matter of coming in and working the numbers that everyone was comfortable with. One of the easiest bike buying experiences ever. I drive farther to get to Quaid, but the drive is well worth it, as everyone in all depts. make it easy and enjoyable. I have and do recommend Quaid HD to anyone in the High Desert.” Absolutely the best HD dealer in the area, they will go out of their way to make sure that you leave there a satisfied customer, from sales to service, parts, etc... every member of the Quaid HD team is there to ensure that get what you are looking for, and leave having enjoyed the experience.

I came in checking out a few of the bikes and looking for some gifts. Bella, caught the confused look on my face and took the time to help me find some awesome gifts. Wasnt easy because I didnt have a bunch of information for her. In the mix of all the gifts I also mentioned some issues I had with my helmet. She used your expertise from her personal riding experiences and helped me find a new and better fitting helmet. It is nice to visit the experienced, knowledgable staff that is there to be more than just a sales person, to be more like a personal relationship. I feel I can come in with questions and get a personalized solution or answer. Their friendly, approachable attitudes is very helpful. I cannot wait until my next visit.

My wife and I have bought 2 bikes in the last 8 months from Quaid Harley Davidson, a 2017 Street Glide Special in December and a 2017 Street Glide CVO just yesterday, but we have been coming here for years. We have always been treated with the utmost respect from the entire staff and not just because we were buying bikes. We are happy with the deals we got on both bikes and the way were treated by the staff. That level of customer service has to come from the top and the Quaid family should be very proud of their crew from sales to service and rentals, which we have done in the past. I highly recommend anyone looking for anything Harley Davidson to come to Quaid, you wont be disappointed, we never have been!
