My first experience with this dealership was my LAST experience with them! I was interested in a bike they were advertising, which in the ad indicated that the bike had only 165 miles on it. After calling and talking to a salesman, (Ben), I decided to drive the 90 miles with my trade-in in my truck to check it out. When I arrived the bike was out front being washed so I stopped to take a look at it before going inside. I was shocked to see a bike that obviously had way more than 165 miles on it. I had driven for an hour and a half to see what their ad suggested was an almost new bike to find one with 3/4 worn tires and obviously ridden ALOT more than 165 miles. When the salesman came out to meet me, the first thing he said was that the ad had a "typo" and the bike actually had 1065 miles! Interesting that this "typo" has still not been corrected 3 days later! The ad on their website still indicates that the bike has only 165 miles! If the ad had been corrected by the next day, I would not be writing this bad review. The fact that the mis-leading ad is still running says alot about the ethics of this dealership and I will never consider making a purchase there in the future.

From the moment we walked in last December, we have had a great experience. Alex is awesome. Knowledgeable, professional and low key, which I like. I was initially considering a pre-owned sport touring bike, but JR gave us a deal we couldnt refuse on a brand new 2015 FJR1300ES. Between the two of them, our buying experience was so easy! Even though we had a couple of trades that were still titled out of state, they made it work for us. Since then Ive had my bike in for its first service. As expected, the service department is TOP NOTCH. My quote was right on, and everything was done on time. In addition, we stopped by to get a jacket and a couple of helmets and noticed the lock on one of the trunks had come apart. They took it in and fixed it on the spot - and didnt charge me a thing. And the parts department is no exception. Its refreshing to talk to people who know their products! We bought boots, 2 helmets, a jacket and a windscreen. Needless to say, but I will anyway, when we are in the market for bikes or accessories, and even when were not...we go to HYR. Thanks guys! I think my wife needs a bike...

It was the best experience my husband and I have ever had buying a motorcycle. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and worked as a cohesive team. We got the best financing possible and when they found out we had no helmet, chest/back protector, and gloves, they offered to give us $300 towards buying the gear we needed to take our new Yamaha R6 home. We were also educated on equipment, maintenance, and many financing options. The sales rep made everything easy for us to go through the process of purchasing, and the mechanic was especially helpful on explaining our maintenance program in regards to our safety with the bike. My husband is a professional mechanic and quizzed their knowledge about motorcyles. He was very impressed the maintenance department had an answer to every question. It is a family owned business and their enthusiasm for motorcycles was infectiously addicting for anyone who enters. Best business ever! Thank you Conrad for being the first face we saw, you are a great editions to the company. Btw, dont forget to eat to keep up your knowledgeable strengths. Lol.

This is a very nice local shop. The people are friendly and remember you. Weve bought three bikes from them, one used and recently two new 2015 FJ09s. Always felt we got a reasonable deal. I like having a local shop available so Im willing to pay a bit more to have these folks around. Thought Im not sure I could have bought them for less elsewhere. Reasonable amount of items for sale on the floor for a smaller shop. Will order anything you want and very good follow-up with a phone call when items are in or an explanation of why its not in. They are perhaps the only shop in my area that will change out tires that I buy on the internet--not many will do that anymore. I havent had them perform much routine maintenance but have friends that take their Gold Wings there routinely and are happy with the work.

I have had my bike serviced here and they did an awesome job. My girl got me gloves pants and boots here and there were a couple issues so I took some stuff back and guess what these guys did?... Replaced everything, helped me pick out better stuff and were totally helpful from start to finish. They really spoke highly of the Tourmaster Boots I bought and I have had them for about a month. I was involved in an accident last week and the only thing that saved my foot from being totally crushed and maybe ripped off were the boots that they suggested. Thank you guys so much!!!

Dont let their size fool you. For a small local shop they have tackled some of the biggest tasks. Ive been doing business with HYR for about 2 years now. Purchased 2 bikes and have trusted them with almost 20k in maintenance. Never have I ever been disappointed. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The maintenance depart even as close as we are are extremely professional. They do a great job at taking care of your needs. If they cant they are humble enough to refer you to whom can. I recommend to anyone to check them out. You will not be disappointed.

I went in thinking there was no way id be approved. I talked to robert he said that they would do everything they could to get me approved.they had an awesome deal going for the fz09 i came figuring i was wasting my time but i got approved i got the bike i talk to nick in parts who has an fz09 as well. These guys are awesome no matter how far the drive i always recommend talking to them first thamk you guys for the bike and thanks for making this super easy

I just bought my second motorcycle from here. They did very good both times. I was hesitant about bringing in my trade because I expected to take a huge loss. I got a great value for my trade and I was able to avoid the whole private party sale experience. Every employee is professional and friendly from sales, parts, accessories, to service. The only experience I have with their service is when they prepped my new bike for the road.

this place here is the best motorcycle shop ive been to hands down. and ive been to almost all of them from the sgv area down to san deigo. the staff in here has taken care of me and a few of my club members buy either getting them set up with gear or a deal on a brand new or used bike. also its a great place to work i worked here part time for a little while awsome managers and coworkers. i highly recommond this place to anyone.

My 5 year old grandson took a digger an broke the 3 screws on his helmet visor. I went to HYR and was helped at the parts counter by a a great guy that was all about customer service. He spent approx. 15 min. Fixing the visor and said "it was no charge for your grandson, we love seeing the kids out riding. WOW!! Its great to see local businesses supporting the kids. We will be back !!! HYR ROCKS!!
