I LOVE THESE GUYS! I just bought a new 2014 Harley VROD and its pretty sick, and I feel that I got a really good deal on everything that I purchased along with it. I worked with Ty, Andre, Vanessa, and one other finance rep who were all friendly and amazing. Honestly, these guys are a no-pressure and friendly dealership compared to any other car, bike, or other motorsport dealership that you could walk into. San Diego H-D is always running breakfast and lunch get-togethers which brings people together and is fun to meet new riders and see their bikes. This dealerships overall look and feel to it is awesome, really inspiring and exciting to see so many cool new bikes on the showroom floor with pretty much anything you could want to buy. Their clothing sales, parts, and service people have all been really cool as well. I feel comfortable shopping here and I love just stopping by to see whats going on when Im in the area. I live in North County but when its time to buy a new bike or parts, Ill always make the trip down to San-Diego Harley. Thanks again guys!

I bought my first HD from Biggs in Escondido and the service was so awful that I threatened to never buy another. Then I happened upon San Diego HD and they completely changed my mind. Not only were the techs very competent and fast in their service, they returned my bike clean. The technicians are often perfectly willing to discuss detailed technical issues (within reasonable time constraints, of course) and have even shed blood t repair my scoot. While I do most of the work on my motorcycle, I wont go anywhere else for parts (or service when a task is over my head). I just bought an 09 Super Glide and the sales service was impeccable. They remind me of the neighbor with a garage full of parts and tools: always willing to help and always prepared for whatever silliness I get myself into ("confidence" being the feeling I have before I fully understand the thing Im about to do to my ride.) I cant recommend them highly enough.

I like to come here for the events. But i gave 3 stars cause i had a bad experience with the clothing dept. Bought a dixxon flannel only to find out it was damaged, return and got an exchange the second one was picked out by the employee and the store tag read it was XL. The next day i tried it on it was an L. Returned and exchanged it but i could not get the same color flannel so i asked for a return only to be told that its only store credit, really disappointing so i had to get another color, and when checking out i made sure to double check everything and the new color was also damaged, employee get me a new one and everything was resolved. I want to thank the employee for helping me with this, she was very concerned and helpful about my situation. But unfortunately until these problems are fixed i do not want to spend my hard earned money and time to come back to the dealership 3 days in a row for the same problem.

One of the best experiences ive had buying a motorcycle. I walked in looking for something i could build off of with little hope of finding a used roadking that wasnt too perfect to completely rebuild. But they suprised me. I asked for a used roadking in my price and year range at first they didnt think they had anything so i looked around for a little while. As i was leaving the guy came running over to me cuz the owner told him they had one in the back that was going to go to auction that might meet what i was looking for. Sure enough they hit the nail on the head with the bike and were able to price me alot of the parts i was going to need for my build. From now on this is my go to for whatever i need. Thanks for the great service and being helpfull.

Right now its hard to find the 2011 X1200 48. I spent an hour calling around all over Southern California and this places MASSIVE bike selection had the prize Ive been looking for. The staff not only treats you like family but the professionalism and knowledge they possessed about their products was unmatched in todays sales world. John was my bike salesmen and if their was 6 stars on this review I would give it to him. They dont try and screw you here... they want to make your dreams come true. Amazing service and I would recommend this place to anyone buying a Harley. John and Vanessa were very helpful and not pushy what so ever. They really broke down the deal and helped me get my first bike! John was super laid back and was a great sales representative and Vanessa really made me feel at ease through the whole transaction. The location has very helpful staff members who are friendly and offer great advice. I loved my experience and even though I was a bit hesitant on getting a bike, the process was smooth and relatively stress free. (The stress was more from my own end)

Recently bought a new $25k motorcycle from San Diego Harley-davidson. Due to human error, I had a breakdown traveling across country. San Diego Harley-Davidson stood behind their product. What could have been a horrible situation was handled with class by the great people at SD-HD. They didnt just contact the other dealership to make repairs, they went out of their way to make the situation right. I couldnt give a stronger recommendation to any business out there. Quite possibly the best dealership on this coast with what appears to be the worst buyers and owners on the planet. Bike nights on a Wednesday getting off at 9:00 in the evening, you can hear the posers riding up and down the streets from the dealership for hours. It has to stop, but the police do nothing. Funny how the touring guys are respectful, the older bikers as well. But every accountant dressed like a pirate coming out of this place rips up the street like Viagra is on sale.

Best customer care anywhere! They have a phenomenal collection of bikes, all worthy of taking home. It all depends on what you like and what youre looking for. They dont try and sell you a bike. They help you get one. My dad bought his 2013 Ultra Limited from them, and I just purchased my very first Harley; a 2016 XL1200CX Custom Hard Candy Red Roadster. I couldnt have done it, wouldnt have done it without Chad! I dont know everyone out there, yet, but theyre all my family now.
